Flowers did not arrive on time for mother’s day. Chose them to be delivered the day before however we’re delivered on the Friday. Had to wait for them to then be delivered on the Monday when they arrived I felt the bunch did not reflect the amount of money I paid or the picture described on the internet. The flowers then lasted 4 days. I have ordered more than a dozen bunches in the past but won’t be ordering again. Very unhappy

I ordered flowers for my Mum on mother's day and they were dead when she got them. They were delivered on time but they were dead. I won't order from you again as I have one disappointed mother and it cost me £34.00 for a bunch of dead flowers!!

Very disappointed, arrived late and ended up at the post office which meant the recipient didn’t get them for another 24hrs so the flowers were almost dead when they got them!

A totally different bunch of flowers were delivered to what I ordered. The person receiving the flowers found a small card saying that the arrangement was changed as the original flowers were not of a high enough quality. Surely it would have been better customer service to actually give the person paying for the flowers a choice on how to proceed, not just send a replacement arrangement without authorisation.

We have contacted our production team regarding this matter, and they have informed me that regrettably due to a poor batch of flowers/Plants received into our warehouse unfortunately we were unable to send out the exact flowers ordered. We do advise in our terms & conditions that in the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute any product with another type of equal/ or greater value. However, we have passed these details onto our production manager as I do feel that you should have been contacted regarding this matter. My son ordered the rose and iris bouquet for mother’s day. All but two of the irises were dead on arrival. Some had white mould on the stems. The roses are all drooping now. I followed the your instructions and used the flower liquid. Extremely disappointed

Very bad experience. Ordered Mother’s Day flowers on Friday- got email that it will be deliver on Saturday but received them on Tuesday ( 2 days after Mother’s Day) & the flowers received were dry, hanging down & already spoiled. Will never recommend to anyone & will never use them again.

I ordered a triple plant arrangement well in advance on the 5th March for delivery on the 29th March in time for Mothers Day on the 31 March. Plant never arrived and despite Bunches telling me it was sent on the 27th it did not arrive nor do I believe their story it was sent. They screwed up big time and will not use again. Take a tip ..don't rely on one line flower companies, its a rip off and they fail to deliver.

A tiny bouquet arrived for a Mothers Day far too early for Mothers Day, despite ordering one to arrive specifically on Sat 30th. Absolute rip off, tiny bouqet and tiny chocs for £32.99!!! Aldi and Lidl had bigger and better value bouquets and in hindsight i wish i had gone there. This is not the first time i have had an extremerly tiny bouquet of flowers from you and it will now definitely be the last!

I’m am disappointed that despite numerous emails and calls for a delivery for Saturday 30th Mother’s Day that still hasn’t arrived Monday 6.20pm no one has contacted me back 4 days after order! Is not acceptable. Too little, too late, no excuses. Refund required

I have used bunches quite a few times but this is the first time I have actually seen the flowers and I am very disappointed. They were for my mum and poor value for money and nothing like the picture and I wanted the wow factor and nothing. The flowers themselves were nice but I got a better bunch of flowers from my sons from the supermarket for half the price, so that is were I will be going from now on.

The flowers were left in the blue bin for 4 days, no delivery card left stating to the receiver where they have been left. These flowers where for a breavement. Waste of money very disappointed

Bought the Speing Joy bunch of flowers for Mother’s Day. I can’t say I was very impressed with them- nothing like the picture at all. Definitely not worth the money I paid (£24.99), could have gotten a better bunch at a regular supermarket for much less. Very disappointed.
