Awful ! Arrived day before mother’s day , buds snapped off and we’re in the bottom of the box ! Looked withered already and looked nothing like the picture online ! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone , found a better bunch in Tesco and cheaper !

First time I've used this company but I have bought flowers online many times. Firstly, when the flowers came I noticed there was no plant food attached. Secondly the roses (the bouquet was roses and lilies) outer petals were withered. This prompted me to phone Bunches who asked me to send a photo; which I did. They told me these were "pinch petals" and I should remove them. I was told these were because they sent flowers out in "bud condition" but there was no explanation of this attached to the flowers and I have never seen this on any roses I have bought before. Worse was to come. When the lilies (a double flower variety we have never bought before, began to open 2 days after delivery they wilted immediately. I emailed photos of these to Bunches who apologised and promised to sent a replacement bouquet. I asked them not to include the same kind of lilies again. Over the next few days, every lily that opened wilted immediately. Of the 6 roses only 3 opened satisfactorily the other 3 remained closed up and gradually wilted. While the service from Bunches on being made aware of the problems was good, it should not have been necessary and the poor nature of the flowers ruined my wife's anniversary surprise. I would have been better off buying some flowers from our local supermarket. The bouquet from Bunches was without doubt the worst I have ever bought. I will never buy from them again

My order was for my mother. Un be known to me as she didn't wNt to upset me last years order was very disappointing. So again I ordered this year as I have for a number of years now. I went to see my mum and I was totally embarrassed what you sent resembled a dead bunch of weeds. A complaint went in so you resent the order. I frankly could buy 10 x better g or a fiver from morrisons.ive always recommended you and now feel embarrassed that I have done so.

I will never use your service again. I purchased a 25 bouquet of flowers - my name is lee Virgo and when my mother received it she thought it was from a local garage they were sparse and in terrible condition so il not happy Lee Virgo 07803261256

Very poor! Website photos pretty deceiving bunches looked nice and big once delivered it was actually so basic and tiny not worth £30!. Could have picked up a bigger and nicer bunch in ASDA for a tenner. Won't be a returning customer.

Terrible. Arrived looking like they wouldn't last long. Within 3 days they looked like I'd picked some weeds from the garden and put them in a vase. Bought these for mothers day and am embarrassed by them.

I ordered the ‘Thank You Mum’ flowers for Mother’s Day from my young son, but was very disappointed with what we actually received. The quality and quantity was nothing like what was advertised.

Very disappointed as the flowers i thought pictured were how they would arrive in a white jug however the flowers arrived not many of them and no jug 😐

I wouldn’t even give one star. You spoiled my mums last days, I work in Cyprus and sent my mum flowers and one of your cards. You contacted me to let me know the card wasn’t sent and reimbursed me £1:99 ( wow ) Then I found out the flowers weren’t even delivered. She is now fighting for life in Hospital not knowing that I even bothered about her on mother’s day. I will never use you ever again . Please post this REVIEW want everyone to know what a caring company you are.

Had an e mail with not enough time to rectify that the card I ordered would not be sent because of bunches issues and then the Mothers day gift didn't turn up for that day . All I got was it's royal mail's fault and no compensation or appeasement offered so I am out of money and my mother devalued. Stay clear if you have any sense

Usually you are brilliant, but this mothers day you really let me down. The flowers did not get delivered on the date I asked and did not come in bud. By the time Sunday came, all the flowers were dead! Such a disappointment

Flowers arrived in poor condition. Followed instructions but failed to revive flowers. Compensated for poor condition- replacement flowers sent OKish for a day.. No where near the quality and service of Bloom an Wild!

The flowers arrived with leaf foliage that were torn and brown edged. The flowers were delivered on Thursday and when I visited my mum in the Sunday, they were already starting to die. My mum is very good at looking after flowers and had been careful with them. I am quite disappointed with the flowers and may be unlikely to use Bloom again.

I was very disappointed.. I paid nearly £30 for a couple of bunches of flowers I could have bought for £10 at home. They did not last a week

While they were delivered on time the Fresias and Irises I sent for Mother’s Day bore no relation to the photo online. Around half what I expected, worked out about £2.30 a stem! Very, very disappointed, certainly not worth it given the cost. Sorry - won’t be availing of your service again.
