Would leave 0 stars if able to, payed £29.99 for flowers that look as if they have been pulled from a grave and a cake that’s all smashed, my mother is extremely disappointed with her mother’s day gift and now I need to splurge another £20 for half decent flowers from a supermarket. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Sunshine delight flowers have not delighted my mother on Mother's Day. Flowers that arrived today look hardly like the advertised flowers. Bouquet it definitely is not!

Ordered my mums Mothers Day flowers on the 11th March to arrive on Saturday 30th... never arrived so ended up paying for more flowers from another place last minute even though I had spent £30 on these ones! Wont use again unfortunately, really disappointed. Bunches have since offered to send me replacements which is nice but now too late for Mothers day and to be honest it is expected if I am not going to receive a refund for them..

Sunshine delight! I think not, only giving them one star as I can’t give them none! Not as pictured, look like funeral flowers with a couple of yellow carnations thrown in! Definitely not in bud, browning already, damaged petals and leaves, be lucky if they last until the end of the day!

Extremely disappointed and annoyed with what I was delivered. £23.99 for what I thought would be a bouquet of flowers. Arrived as 2 bunches which look like they have been bought in a local garage for a few pounds each. Leaves already browning and after one day they don't look like they will have much life left in them.

After looking in to your order further I can see that you opted for the free First-Class postal delivery; this service comes with a 95% chance of the gift arriving on the date selected, however this is not a guarantee. This information is provided on our website and again on the email confirmation sent after the order is placed. My poor mums flowers look rediculous compared to what I bought. Not happy at all. She arranges flowers too, so did the best she could.

For the 1st time ever I was disappointed in the bunch of flowers that were delivered 5 stems were dead and the rest looked wilted

I still have not got my delivery and it's after 6pm I payd extra to be on this day as my wife and kids are out all day so now I believe that I will have to buy new somewhere. And problem for thanks that this is my wife's first Mothers day I am it happy at all with 5his company service and have not been provided with delivery tracking number or delivery drivers contact. And I have left mine number to call or message me if it's delayed delivery there is no update. Ordering from this company first and defenetly last time

The flowers turned up damanged, half dying (not buds as advertised) and even if they were in good condition they wouldn’t have looked like the picture at all. I had to go buy shop flowers to add to them for mothers day so they didn’t look so awful.

Had flowers delivered from my daughter for mothers day could of got them from Tesco's for a fiver nothing like the pictures .large bunch on pic small bunch came like you get from tresco.

I received flowers yesterday from my daughter at university . She chose the Freesia ( my favourite flowers) and Iris bunch there were 2 open freesias the rest will never bud just green stems and 2 iris stems the rest were green/yellowleaves and brown gypsophila . She was so upset when she saw the photo did not resemble the photo at all. Will never use bunches again . Another company taking advantage of a commercial even! Bloom & Wild by far superior company .

Afraid to say fresias had no smell and were wilted. Cake was not very good. Don't know if mother was being fussy but she really didn't like this present.😶😭☹.

Had ordered some flowers for my mum for mother’s day. Normally excellent mix but this time I might as well of ordered just carnations. Very disappointed especially for Mother’s Day.

Nothing like the picture, got the flowers and they look bare even though I ordered and extra large!! Get nice ones in Tesco for cheaper.

I have ordered twice a year for the past ten years but this march 2019 the flowers I ordered were not delivered they chose different ones because the ones I ordered were not up to standard which is fine but I would expect a like to like as in colour, price etc but I ordered pink and purple and yellow was delivered instead including Lilly’s which my mother hates hence if they had looked at my past orders they would have noticed I have never ever ordered Lilly’s they asked if I would like the sunshine flowers their new addition to the range delivered I said no but they ignored me and delivered anyway. I complained and they send out the confetti flowers but the presentation has a lot to live up to a £20 bouquet should be presented better than being tied together with an elastic band and plonked in a box and dumped on a door step

We are sorry you were unhappy with the charge and a further replacement was sent to the recipient. Sorry to say that 2 very small bunches if flowers for £27 Was very disappointing. I thought you got the vase with the flowers but obviously not. I won't be using them again
