Didn’t look like picture and the wrong balloon was sent saying get well! Don’t think I will be using them again!!

The person I sent the flowers to sent me a photo - what a let down. For over £25 the flowers were pathetic and I’ll never use your company again.

Not happy. The flowers I chose were for a friend who had just come out of hospital. After 2 days they were turning brown and I was quite embarrassed that I had had them delivered to her. I contacted Bunches via the contact us page and have never received a reply. Not very good service at all. I thought I at least would have had some contact back. I will rethink where I buy my flowers from in future.

I didn't pay extra to have them delivered a certain day, but as you state you normally deliver a day or 2 prior to requested date I assumed they would be ok. They never arrived at all, yes you sent some more out next day for me but as a birthday present they were just too late.

My friend didn't receive the sympathy flowers. When I found out, I was told you needed to make aware within 14 days. £33 wasted. Will not order again.

Just received a bunch of flowers as a gift from a dear family member. I was shocked at the size of the bouquet in comparison to other flower sites I have personally used to order flowers. I have not got the heart to tell my family member that the bouquet is nothing like the picture displayed on this website. It is the size of a £5 bunch from a local supermarket. I am mortified that she probably paid 5 times that amount.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. the flowers would need to be arranged in a suitable vase and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I ordered the flowers for my daughter from her 7 month old son to say thank you. On line the flowers looked amazing. On arrival it looked like a bunch of flowers you get from a garage for 2.99. It wasn't even a bunch. It was small and nothing like the picture on line

I ordered a bouquet of flowers on behalf of my father for my parents’ anniversary. They were very disappointed with the flowers when they arrived and really did not feel that they were worth the money. There was no ‘wow’ factor and my father said that he could have got better from our local Tesco. Very disappointed

I am very sorry but i am not satisfy at all, i made an order on the 12 February for a friend birthday on the 15 February, and she doesn't got it yet, and i did leave a message to call her before the delivery to avoid all this. The point from all of this was to receive the flowers on her birthday, now she has to go so far from where she is living to got DEAD flowers!!!and she doesn't have no time for this

The flowers I ordered did not arrive on or before the requested day despite being ordered more than a week before. Therefore the service was disappointing, the important occasion was missed.

send flowers to my sister and they were soaking wet on arrival most were thrown away with only 4 tulips left. Sent feedback as soon as I knew but have heard nothing from Bunches. Not sure if I would use again, as very poor after care. From, disappointed customer in Minehead.

I have just placed an order with your company and was disappointed with the officious way the order was taken. I of course understand that details have to be precise and there can only be a certain time given to customers however the manner in which this was done put me off. I am 71 years of age (not dithery). I have purchased flowers from you in the past and not experienced this before..

It’s such a shame the last couple of times I have ordered from bunches, the flowers are dead. They used to be absolutely beautiful. Maybe they’ve changed supplier? I won’t be ordering from bunches again.

The flowers were all in bud when they were delivered lastSat(9th feb)and are just opening now the 16th of Feb...so really am very pleased with them and my daughter was delighted with them.I have used Bunches a few time now and will continue to do so.
