Valentines flowers not delivered! Tracked them on DPD...last delivery of the day ( at 21.20) and they never turned up. A very disappointed person.

Very disappointed in both quality and size of bouquet . In comparison with what I can buy in our local supermarket the postage was surely not £15!!

I sent my cousin a bunch and she said they were dreadful, I was really upset, however, she phoned you and was told that was dreadful and she would get a replacement either Friday or Saturday, so I await to see what happens.

Ordered the cherry blossom bouquet, for delivery on the 11th February 2019 for my mother in law birthday. However I chose the free delivery thinking it would be there on the day as I order 1 week and half in advance. However the flowers never turned up at all nor did they deliver the day after. However they turned up on the 13th February 2019 and they had already died!!!! Terrible service I ordered a refund and they have given that through. However terrible company and their delivery is flawed and the flowers turned up we’re dead and started to rot. This is disgusting especially for my mother in law to see. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND OR USE!!! Stay away better to go to a local florist - local business is better!!!

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you gift arrived at such a later date than expected. As a flowers by post company we do rely on Royal Mail to ensure our gifts arrive as expected. For the gift to arrive so late, it would seem that this may have bee misplaced at the depot and later found and forwarded on to the recipient rather than being returned to us due to its perishable nature. First time I used Bunches and very disappointed . I sent my daughter some flowers for the birth of our first grandchild the flowers were sparse and not like the picture.

I’ve ordered from Bunches a few times now and usually the flowers have been great. This time however the flowers I ordered for my mum looked nothing like the picture. They were about half the size. I called and they sent another bunch that was exactly the same. Very misleading for what I paid. I could have picked them up for a tenner in the supermarket. Shame as I won’t be using this company again now.

I ordered a pot of indoor plants for my daughter as a surprise to cheer her up and it said at the end free delivery (not guaranteed) or pay £5.99 for guaranteed courier delivery. As I knew she would be out the next day, and the neighbour is always there I paid the 5.99 and asked on card for instructions for it to be left next door. The order was not deliveredby a courier as I paid extra, it was delivered by mail and the instructions were obviously ignored as they left a card for it to be picked up from depot. As they were not at the depot that evening my son in law has to go back again today on an already busy day which I wanted to avoid. Customer service made some lame excuse about royal mail, when I had paid for courier guaranteed delivery, so they got extra money for not giving a damn. I am not happy and doubt I will use them again!!

As explained when you contacted our customer support team, your gift was sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Services, this is Royal Mail's courier service with a guaranteed delivery attempt. This service requires a signature therefore the gift could not be left as the recipient wasn't available to accept the gift. My order did not arrive and despite two e mails to customer services it has not yet been resolved and it was for my mum's birthday. Very disappointed will not use in the future

I’m afraid to say we were very disappointed with your company. My wife ordered flowers to be delivered on 28th January, the order was done online. This was a present for our daughters birthday who lives in Jersey. They didn’t arrive on the 28th or 29th but the 30th. I emailed yourselves on the 29th to ask what had happened and I’m still awaiting a reply on the 4th February. I doubt whether we will use you again, not particularly because of the late delivery, but the fact no one had the decency to speak to us to apologise.

Very sadly I sent a boquet to a close friend who lost her brother suddenly last week. She reports back that there were broken, damaged and even dead flowers amongst the fresh ones. Disapointing, particularly as I wanted to cheer her a little not dissapoint her. An e mail and photos have been sent, we await feedback.

Delivery was late. And the parcel was not left in the safe place as instructed. The phone line isn’t manned from Saturday lunchtime which meant the flowers and cake were held up an additional 36 hours! Not overly helpful when I did Phone. Explained that 5% are late celeries and that the delivery persons decision re leaving parcel. Second time this has happened.

Was completely unsatisfied at this package that I had to give my mum for her birthday while I was away on holiday I got sent pictures of them and when I saw a was totally shocked... it was just a bunch of flowers you buy from Tesco Please get back to me about this Regards Darren McEwan (Kristian)

Although originally I gave the wrong delivery date I telephone next day to correct this but at least another 4 telephone calls and 3 emails before they were delivered a week later 6 days late
