Product wasn’t as appeared online. Bunch not as full as image; overpriced for what was received. Delivery was fast.

very dissapointed, they weren’t no were near as full as the picture shows, not £28 worth full anyway, and I was pretty gutted that I had to give them to my mum on mother’s days because like I said they came through very disappointing. It’s not anything like the picture displays

Flowers were in very poor condition when arrived thought it was a one off but had ordered another bunch to my mum which were in just as bad a state, very dissatisfied with it. Customer services sent another set of flowers when I complained but were just as bad very poor service. Won’t be using again.

The photo displayed on the website didn’t match with the description of the actual purchase. I bought a bunch of 15 “pink confetti” for mother’s day. The flowers received looked a lot less than the photo.

Not worth 25 pound woulda got a better 3 pound bunch from any local supermarket very dissapointing

My mum wasn't impressed, she emailed me with these comments ,"The flowers where, very compact and minimal" and, " the card needed a magnifying glass to read it!" It's a bit sad really as I wanted to make her mother's day special!

Will not be ordering from these ever again paid extra to be delivered the next day but then never turned up till 3 days later

We will not be using bunches again and would not recommend them. We sent two bunches, one of which turned half dead and had to be replaced. The second, because bunches use royal mail and my mother was out was returned to the sorting office which was not open on the Sunday meaning the flowers were there for two days. We used bunches as I had flowers gifted to me from them which were lovely, so I guess you could say they are very hit and miss. I would sooner pay more else where to guarantee the recipient gets what I have paid for.

Would never order from bunches again I ordered flowers for mother’s day they didn’t arrive the money was taken the day after ordering but my order arrived 3 days after the event I emailed bunches they said they was despatched the same day as ordering but but when the flowers was eventually delivered it said in the label they wasn’t despatched until the day before delivery which I must add was 3 days late I had a full refund but very disappointed with the service as they were for Mother’s Day be very wary about ordering from this company as when they arrived they were all wiltered.

Horrendous quality of flowers for the price I paid, £32.97 for flowers and a card I could have got better quality at a shop for £5. Extremely unhappy.

I was very disappointed, asked for delivery on Saturday and they were delivered on the Thursday before. Also quite a few flowers were damaged and wilted. I wouldn't use Bunches again.

They came late, were a lot smaller than expected and died after two/three days. Not worth £30.

Flowers were nice when they were delivered if a little smaller than expected for the price paid however the biggest issue is that they were delivered 3 days earlier than requested and a day before the dispatch date printed on the delivery label so they were all but dead by the time I actually wanted to gift them.....had to go and buy more elsewhere.... in summery pretty flowers but not the best value don’t last long and don’t order for delivery on a specified day as it will be ignored.

I ordered 3 bunches of flowers at the same time. 2 were for Mother’s Day and 1 was for a birthday. I was extremely disappointed in the 2 Mother’s Day bunches and the birthday one was only satisfactory. I will not be using this company unleash I would be guaranteed good quality and to look even remotely like the pictures on display!!

Ordered flowers, asked to add a delivery date, didn't pick Sunday as my mum may be out with my dad, chose Saturday. Flowers arrived on WEDNESDAY!!!! What's the point of offering a Mothers day gift? Disgraceful to embarrass me to my mother in this way, unforgivable. NEVER again.
