My son ordered the rose and iris bouquet for mother’s day. All but two of the irises were dead on arrival. Some had white mould on the stems. The roses are all drooping now. I followed the your instructions and used the flower liquid. Extremely disappointed

Very bad experience. Ordered Mother’s Day flowers on Friday- got email that it will be deliver on Saturday but received them on Tuesday ( 2 days after Mother’s Day) & the flowers received were dry, hanging down & already spoiled. Will never recommend to anyone & will never use them again.

I ordered a triple plant arrangement well in advance on the 5th March for delivery on the 29th March in time for Mothers Day on the 31 March. Plant never arrived and despite Bunches telling me it was sent on the 27th it did not arrive nor do I believe their story it was sent. They screwed up big time and will not use again. Take a tip ..don't rely on one line flower companies, its a rip off and they fail to deliver.

As a flowers by post company we rely on Royal Mail to ensure our gifts arrive safely and on time; unfortunately on this occasion they have severely let us down. A tiny bouquet arrived for a Mothers Day far too early for Mothers Day, despite ordering one to arrive specifically on Sat 30th. Absolute rip off, tiny bouqet and tiny chocs for £32.99!!! Aldi and Lidl had bigger and better value bouquets and in hindsight i wish i had gone there. This is not the first time i have had an extremerly tiny bouquet of flowers from you and it will now definitely be the last!

I’m am disappointed that despite numerous emails and calls for a delivery for Saturday 30th Mother’s Day that still hasn’t arrived Monday 6.20pm no one has contacted me back 4 days after order! Is not acceptable. Too little, too late, no excuses. Refund required

I have used bunches quite a few times but this is the first time I have actually seen the flowers and I am very disappointed. They were for my mum and poor value for money and nothing like the picture and I wanted the wow factor and nothing. The flowers themselves were nice but I got a better bunch of flowers from my sons from the supermarket for half the price, so that is were I will be going from now on.

The flowers were left in the blue bin for 4 days, no delivery card left stating to the receiver where they have been left. These flowers where for a breavement. Waste of money very disappointed

Bought the Speing Joy bunch of flowers for Mother’s Day. I can’t say I was very impressed with them- nothing like the picture at all. Definitely not worth the money I paid (£24.99), could have gotten a better bunch at a regular supermarket for much less. Very disappointed.

Would leave 0 stars if able to, payed £29.99 for flowers that look as if they have been pulled from a grave and a cake that’s all smashed, my mother is extremely disappointed with her mother’s day gift and now I need to splurge another £20 for half decent flowers from a supermarket. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Sunshine delight flowers have not delighted my mother on Mother's Day. Flowers that arrived today look hardly like the advertised flowers. Bouquet it definitely is not!

Ordered my mums Mothers Day flowers on the 11th March to arrive on Saturday 30th... never arrived so ended up paying for more flowers from another place last minute even though I had spent £30 on these ones! Wont use again unfortunately, really disappointed. Bunches have since offered to send me replacements which is nice but now too late for Mothers day and to be honest it is expected if I am not going to receive a refund for them..

Sunshine delight! I think not, only giving them one star as I can’t give them none! Not as pictured, look like funeral flowers with a couple of yellow carnations thrown in! Definitely not in bud, browning already, damaged petals and leaves, be lucky if they last until the end of the day!

Extremely disappointed and annoyed with what I was delivered. £23.99 for what I thought would be a bouquet of flowers. Arrived as 2 bunches which look like they have been bought in a local garage for a few pounds each. Leaves already browning and after one day they don't look like they will have much life left in them.
