Real shame they were not delivered on time for my parents golden wedding anniversary on Saturday 16 May. As a result they were stuck inside the post office building until the Monday so a lot of the small daisy flowers has shrivelled up.

Disappointing. Flowers arrived 3 days late and in poor condition. Had to be thrown away. Refused offer to replace as the special occasion had passed, was given "posy points" as compensation but I would not trust this company again.

i ordered a bouquet with freesias in, the photo i was sent from the receipitant did not include them nor did it resemble the arrangement i ordered. I was very disappointed. I will not be ordering any more from you.

Not up to the usual standard Flowers dropping and dying within 2 weeks will consider whether to buy again

My order arrived 3 days later than the date specified and were not in top condition. Bunches blamed the Royal Mail and said I should have paid for "courier service" I pointed out that as a pensioner the flowers were expensive without the extra cost but had no reply to this and no offer to replace the order.

Flowers arrived late (2 days after the anniversary date) and then the roses wilted within 2 days (see pictures) and the bouquet gave up a couple days later. Overall very disappointed.

My last flower order was made for 2 days before my sisters birthday. She did not receive it until 3 days after her birthday. All previous orders were delivered on time and excellent quality, so I assume that this time was due to current situation. But I was very disappointed. However, the flowers themselves were excellent.

Ordered a week in advance for a bouquet to be delivered to my friend for her birthday. I selected her birthday for the delivery date and though it said only 93% arrive on the date I thought that being a week in advance it would get there the day before or after. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive until 2 days later by which point it was too late for a birthday surprise and they looked worse for wear which is very embarassing. Yes, I could have paid an extra £6 for courier but on top of a £30 bunch that seemed steep. Unhappy and wouldn't use again as in the past it has been delivered on time (I am aware of Covid-19 having an impact but I did order with a week to go so they could have been sent on time to allow for delays).

Order placed on 5th May for delivery on 12th May, ready for recipient's birthday on 13th May. Not delivered until 15th May so very disappointed.

I wasn’t very pleased with Bunches, with regards to the delay in sending flowers to my sister. I really wanted them to arrive on the 14th of May. This was a special occasion, as it was the anniversary of my niece’s death. she killed herself by hanging!! They didn’t arrive till the Saturday 16th of May. Royal Mail was partially to blame for the delay!!

I realise that these are exceptional times but I had very poor service from this company. I was given a delivery date of 14th (a Thursday). When they didn't arrive they told me if was because I had chosen a slower delivery option, but the option listed that day with the delivery message. They eventually turned up in the post on the Saturday looking very poorly and dehydrated as they had been in the postal system for days. I wouldn't use this company again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The freshias lasted three days. The carnations are OK but are poor examples of them.

I have always been very happy with this company but this time the flowers were very sparse and not like the photo. I did email Bunches to tell them that the flowers were not up to their usual standard and with the current COVID19 situation, it may be understandable. They arrived on time.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. I sent flowers to my daughter in law. The display Pink Confetti looked amazing in the photo. The flowers delivered were sparce and looked nothing like the photo. I contacted Bunches. The advisor asked me to send them a photo which I did. The advisor told me they were still in bud which they were not. I was asked to wait for a few days and if my daughter in law was still not happy with the flowers, I was to contact them again. My daughter in law knew nothing about me contacting Bunches. I was embarassed when I seen the flowers and disappointed in the flowers and the response from the advisor. I will not be using Bunches again.

After reviewing the photograph provided, we can see that the flowers have not fully opened and need a little more time to bloom. The bouquet of choice is not from our hand tied range and would therefore need to also be arranged on arrival. Please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment this matter may have caused. Despite placing an order in plenty of time, it was delivered two days after the occasion. I know that there is a disclaimer when using Royal Mail free delivery, but I feel Bunches should have allowed for that and dispatched my order earlier. If it had arrived early, that would have been much more satisfactory than being late. I've used Bunches several times over the years, without a problem, so I was very disappointed indeed that this had happened. Unfortunately, I'll not be using them again.
