Awful flowers delivered to both my mother and mother in law. Paid over £40 for two bunches that you wouldn't have paid £5 for in a supermarket. Will not return and would advise others to avoid at all cost. What a rip off

I ordered my mother some flowers for Mother's Day. I can only describe them as a total let down and a huge waste of money. The photos on the website are so misleading. I was actually embarrassed that my mother had to receive these flowers.

NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR! Appalling appearance for price and size is just terrible. I am embarrassed giving this to my mum for Mother's Day and I shall be calling tomorrow to demand something to be done! Whoever creates the bouquets clearly aren't as qualified as they think looks like a £3 bunch from Lidl not worth £30 at all. I think the florest needs a new career as these flowers are an eyesore

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! Mother's Day flowers for my mum came a day early and were dead! Nothing like the picture and just appalling. No care was put into creating this bouquet this is just a money grabbing business I am very upset and can not express how terrible this place is DO NOT USE!!!!!

Mother's Day bouquet arrived today and if my children saw it they would be embarrassed. Very disappointing as the bouquet is very small, not worth the money at all and doesn't look like the photo on the website. Was going to put them in the bin and then thought they might be good enough to give to an acquaintance. Will tell my children that for the same money (£18) I could've had a bottle of champagne and very nice bouquet of flowers from Aldi's!!!!!

My daughter purchased standard bunch of flowers was packed well and nice box but flowers do not look at all like the photo on the website!!!! She is very upset at what I received!!! She spent 55 pound with his company for Mother's Day surprises for myself and her partner wish she wished she had never spent!! I think he flowers in picture on website are not true to life. Don't waste your money like my daughter!!!

Flowers arrived in a very poor state. They got delivered on Monday and threw them away on Tuesday as they had shred all over the place. I paid £25 for something that didn't last a day. They were meant for a gift but was so embarrassed by them I went out and purchased another bouquet. I will not be using again and my advice to people using them make sure you read the small print as well

The flowers were not worth the money I paid. I asked for a large bunch and paid 3 times what I could have paid in the shops for a similar bunch. These were for my wife for our anniversary and they did not look like the picture displayed. Very disappointed and will not order again or recommend your company.

I bought a sunshine bouquet from the bunches site for £20 because what was being presented on the website was very appealing. However, what I received was far from what was on the site and I feel I would have been better off buying a £2.99 bunch from the super market as they would have been of better quality.

Fewer flowers than anticipated, only just survived due totally dry packing. Horrible milk chocolate buttons, different from photograph. Very expensive and poor product.

I bought the Mystique Pink flowers in Extra Large and so disappointed with the flowers received. They don't look anything like the picture, I spent £26 on them and they look like they are worth a fiver. Would've got better flowers from M&S for that price, extremely gutted and embarrassed to be giving my mum these flowers. This is my first time ordering and I will not be purchasing from you again. I also chose for the flowers to be delivered on Saturday 25th March and they've come today (Friday 24th). Unfortunately, not worth the valuable money.

Ordering the xl bunch of flowers and receiving what looks like a £5 cheap asda special. Awful. What's worse, my mum has some on the way to her. I dread to think what she will receive.

First of all I would just like to make clear that the description of these flowers state they're sent in bud, mine have arrived today in full bloom looking half dead, you could say 'what do you expect for £15' we'll I expect them to arrive as they look in the pictures. What a waste of money, I could have gone to the local supermarket and bought £15 worth of flowers. Shame I didn't! And most importantly and annoyingly, they will be dead come Mother's Day! I will not be purchasing again.

Got mother's day flowers delivered and when the flowers came they were dead, very disappointed. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Better off just going to tesco. Will not buy from this company again.
