“Surely the flowers you send should look at least a bit like the picture but no hardly any flowers and lots of leaves.”

“I never received my sons card and flowers yesterday, he phoned to be told he could reorder but couldnt be delivered till Wednesday. This is disgusting, if you can't fulfill orders then don't take them.”

“Where are my mum's flowers??? Ordered them to arrive yesterday.. it's now mother's day 1pm still not here..I assume I will get a FULL refund if they don't get here today!! ?”

“Wouldn't even give them a 1 star I demand a refund you have absolutely spoiled mothers day. They are disgusting. Wouldn't pay 5 quid for them out a supermarket. Absolutely disgusted DO NOT RECOMMEND”

“They were for my mum for Mother's Day.. absolutely terrible. Waste of £30. Card not in envelope, little packet of cheap chocolate and flowers look awful. Absolute rip off!!!”

“Absolutely disappointed with the way the flowers have turned out. Did not want to give these flowers to my mum. Although they arrived early and on time, they were not worth the money and the extra delivery charge. Would not recommend.”

“I am so disappointed in the flowers I received today. There are barely any flowers and the bunch looks pathetic- I was embarrassed to give them to my mum. Luckily I'd read other reviews and had bought another present in case they ended up being as bad as everyone had previously said.”

“I am very disappointed with the flowers that I ordered for my mum on Mother's Day. They arrived on time however they look completely different from the picture as the flowers I ordered was different shades of pink but the ones I received had purple ones in. Also the flowers are much smaller than they look on the standard size picture. I will not be using this flower company again so I recommend you go to a different company.”

“Ordered Mother's Day bouquet to be delivered today as she will be out for most of tomorrow but didn't arrive. No communication received by the company. Did receive email from DPD to say they were scheduled to deliver today but hadn't received from this florist, no update as to if they'll even be delivered tomorrow. Bad service, won't use again.”

“Bought flowers for my mum for Mother's Day and they arrived looking like a bunch of flowers you could buy from a petrol station. The chocolates were nice she said. Really disappointed that I can't rectify this as I live 150 miles away.”

“Complete disappointment, the flowers I received looked nothing like the ones in the picture. There was less than half,most them had already began to bloom and some of them were wilting. The vase that came with these flowers was also made of cardboard, which was never disclosed in the description. If I could give it 0 stars I would.”

“What a bunch of rubbish they came Friday instead of Saturday all out in full flower not as described in the broucher left on the doorstep in view of walking public , would not recommend these people , my advice go local not by post to be disappointed Ike my wife was for Mother's Day”
