“Was very disappointed with my last order. Some of the flowers didn't look fresh and were limp. The bouquet was quite different to the one shown. It was for the anniversary of my daughter and husband so therefore was very dissatisfied as I saw it the day after it was delivered. “The Proseco arrangement you delivered last Friday on my behalf as a birthday gift is frankly disappointing. The pot was dry so the daisies were flagging from the start, I just visited the recipient and the alchemilla mollis is brown already and roses drooping without fully opening. In contrast some roses she got from Tesco 10 days ago looked great. Flowers I've sent in the past from Bunches have met with excellent comment until recently, as I rarely have a chance to see the end product on flowers I've sent I'm concerned about continuing to use your service.”

“Sadly my mother never received her flowers. Through no direct fault of bunches.uk - but whoever delivered them! She was taken into hospital the day before delivery and the flowers were left somewhere - we don't know where! Maybe on the door step or with a neighbour - but no-one has come forward with them - they appear to have disappeared into thin air!”

“Unfortunately my order was received, but there was damage to the flower heads and also the Anniversary cake. I assume this was due to the item being delivered through courier, and although it states the contents are fragile, I don't believe they took this into account.”

“In the description of the flowers it stated that the carnation would arrive in bud to enable them to last longer. When they were delivered there were only two in bud and the rest were fully out. The recipient was disappointed which in turn made me disappointed as it was a thank you present.”
