I send a secretly flowers to a person I admire. There aren't any confirmation for delivery. Now I don't know if the flowers are delivered.

I sent some white roses and freesias to my sister in law who had just returned home from hospital. She sent me a photo of the bouquet with a thank you note. I was disappointed when I saw the photo. Actually I could have done better by going to my local supermarket but that was not practical. I have used your company several times, but this time I am sorry to say you did not come up to expectations.

Used your superb service many times in the past, but this time the pot of flowers scheduled for Mrs Garratt on 19th September has still not arrived. Normally would rate Very good, but on this occasion Poor I'm afraid

Whilst the ordering process was easy and the delivery happened on time, the flowers delivered were much less impressive than the picture on the website. looked like a petrol station or supermarket bouquet that could have been purchased for half the price. Wont be using Bunches again!

Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the delivery of your flower gift. We have taken a look into your order and can see that you selected to use our free delivery service with the Royal Mail. As advertised this delivery service will take place over a 1-2 day period and although we no not know which day out the two your gift will arrive on once dispatched we do know that it will arrive within the period stated on your confirmation. For customers who wish not to take the risk of their gift not arriving on the day of the choice we do offer a courier service for an additional £5.99 or £7.99. The flowers my recipient received were not as good as they used to be, I was very disappointed. I have used Bunches many times before and have never had a bad batch, but the ones this time were poor

Your illustrations do not reflect the size of product, better off buying from one of the supermarkets, much better value for money .

Not very impressed. Payed extra for large bowuet but for the price could hsve bought a nicer bouquet for cheaper in the supermarket. Also spelling mistakes and very small squashed together writing on the card. Not at all professional very disappointed.

The flowers I ordered for my mum didn't last, after 3 days they looked awful. I sent an email complaint and received a full refund immediately, which was at least something.

Unfortunately, the last two experiences I've had with bunches have been poor. Neither bouquet looked even remotely like the photo of the bunch I'd chosen. I appreciate that they will differ but the last two I've ordered look like cheap supermarket flowers with a £30 price tag.

Flower were delivered on the wrong day, even though I was requested to choose a delivery day. When i questioned by email, i was told that i didn't choose the right delivery payment option. Website very misleading, why would i choose a day to be delivered if i didn't mind what day they were delivered on! Completely ruined the surprise

My husband sent me flowers for our anniversary which was on the 24th August they turned up early and didn't last even 5 days. My husband did email the company and he has had no response from bunches yet. However in saying this normally I love the flowers and so do the people I send them too.

I feel guilty writing a review only when things have gone wrong (I have always got excellent service in the past), but on this occasion the Autumn flower bouquet that I sent my mother for her birthday last week arrived looking extremely dry and "sad". They have revived after a couple of days in water, but I could tell she was genuinely disappointed when she opened them (especially I think because of the quality that she has always found in the past).

I ordered delivery for Wednesday 13th and diaappointed to be informed by the recipient that they were delivered at 13:30 on the 12th. It makes ordering for a special occasion a waste of time.

The bouquet was not delivered on the day specified and was taken back to the depot for delivery the next day. Unfortunately, the flowers were not in perfect condition by the time my friend took delivery of them. I complained and it was dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction.
