I usually opt for the 'standard' bouquet', but this time I paid extra for a greater volume of flowers. However, the recipient said that it was no better or larger than the standard. Very disappointing and makes one feel cheated.

Very disappointed, the flowers looked nothing like the photo. The free chocolates, were a very tiny bag and the card was very flimsy. A lot of money for not a lot

The quality and appearance of the flowers that were delivered were in no way similar to those on the website. Very dissappointing indeed. The delivery took longer that expected too. I will not recommend this service to my friends.

The flowers were ordered at lunch time on Friday for a Saturday delivery or possibly Monday. On Tuesday a card was pushed through the door- the occupant was actually in, but no attempt was made to ring the bell/knockat the door The card merely said that a parcel had been left at the post office - no mention of flowers/perishable goods etc; it was pure good luck that the recipient was not at work and able to collect at all during opening hours; she would not normally rush to pick up a parcel not marked either urgent nor perishable but I had told her flowers were coming. I appreciate that these are complaints against your delivery service rather than you ( the flowers themselves have survived with a bit of lost freshness ) but this is not a satisfactory situation. I shall not order from you again until your delivery system is more customer friendly. I should like your comments on the above. Angela France

Paid a lot of money for 24 roses for an anniversary. Only received 23. Won't be using again.

Flowers were not good value for money they looked big on the picture very small bunch on arrival! Could have got from Tesco for about £20 less

The flowers wasn't as good as I thought they the same you can get from lidis for 5 pounds. And the box was battered it was a gift for my friend. And felt disappointed

The quality of the flowers I received were very poor, once we saw the flowers I jumped in the car and purchased two bunches of Carnations from Morrisons Supermarket which were better quality and almost half the price.

I was a bit dissapointed with last order of flowers ,i paid more for them , but there didnt seem to be many flowers at alland the roses were not in bud so all in all i was a bit taken back being they were for my Auntys 90th

We didn't have a bad experience. I just hit the wrong button. The flowers were delivered on time despite our short notice. The recipient was very pleased with the bouquet. Please amend my rating to very good.

I ordered a bouquet which had 3 sunflowers, for a specific reason. The recipient sent me a picture of the bouquet she received, which was full of roses and didn't contain a single sunflower. At this time of year I see sunflowers everywhere.

Iv used bunches a lot but this time the flowers were tired and limp not really impressed this time. They were for my daughters birthday and as I hadn't seen her in a while I was hoping for something better than I got.

Ordered Fri 1st for delivery Mon 4th Sept (website said maybe 2nd which was fine, as they were not working days) but still not delivered until Sat 9th Sept which missed their purpose really.

This was partners 50th Birthday and Bunches had been recommended to me by my Sister. My partner received Flowers from relations, which of course I don't know the cost of, but 1 bunch of flowers sent from Mark's and Spencer were as though cut straight from the field, whereas the bunches had Flowers that were dying and looking unlikely to recover....I might be wrong here.

I paid for the flowers to be courier end to my bereaved friend and asked for them to be left in her enclosed front garden if she was not in. Instead the post office left a card on the Saturday asking her to collect from their depot some distance away on Monday. The flowers were not in water and although they revived a little, one stem was broken and the daisies were wilting.
