“I particularly requested an hand tied Bouquet for my daughter's birthday, as she has difficulty with her hands. The flowers were acceptable but they were NOT hand tied !!! I telephoned customer services with my concerns, she was very sympathetic , but it was a bit late then. I must say, I have not had an issue with previous orders, I do use bunches quite often. “For £19 the flowers were pathetic! We use you all the time and we were not impressed with the size of the bunch for what they cost. I'm now worried about what I have sent people before because I've never actually seen the size of them Before.”

“I am very disappointed with the flowers that were sent to my niece. The picture showed bright colourful flowers and the disruption I received said roses and freeze. What are was what I would describe as flowers that I would to sympathise for a bereavement. Having used Bunches previously and been more than happy with what has been delivered again I can only say extremely disappointed, not a happy customer or should I ex customer”

“Flowers were ordered for a very special 100th Birthday and arrived two days early. The flowers looked nothing like the picture and were an incredibly small arrangement. The flowers weren't in a good condition when they arrived, however customer services were brilliant.”

As advertised this delivery service is not 100% guarantee that your item will arrive on the day of your choice as it does take place over a 1-2 day period. “Normally I am happy with the items that I order from Bunches but the bouquet I ordered for my parents Wedding Anniversary (£22.95) was very disappointing. I was actually embarrassed to admit that it came from us as the flower arrangement was very sparse and didn't look at all like the generous bouquet in the picture. Frankly I could have bought a £10 bouquet from Tesco (& that is one of their more expensive ones) and it would have been a much much better deal. My confidence has been dealt a blow and I am not sure that I would use them again.”
