medium sized flower bunch looked nothing like as good as the illustration. I doubled the size of the bunch for another £6 with similar flowers at a local supermarket...could have £30 plus by going there in the first place

Although I ordered a mothers day bunch of flowers and fruit cake only the flowers were received by the recipient. Very disappointed

The anniversary red roses for my wife were dreadful bedraggled and with some sort of mould or blight on them - Last time I use Bunches

The flowers were not as pictures on the website and there was supposed to be a box of chocolates included which never arrived. Only plus side was the quick delivery

Ordered flowers on Wednesday for delivery on the Friday in time for Mothers day. This should have allowed enough time and even an extra day for delivery within Bunches specified timescale. However the flowers did not arrive until the following Monday - too late for Mothers day causing much disappointment all round. On emailing Bunches I received an apology and was asked how the flowers looked. I responded that they were okay, but certainly not as nice as I had come to expect from Bunches - probably due to being moved around in transit so long. I received no response whatsoever after this and as result I will not be using Bunches again.

I had ordered them to be delivered on the 11th March and instead they arrived on the 10th of March. The picture I got from my daughter of the flowers was rather disappointing - very sparse. Thanks Leonie Myers

Thank you for your comments Leonie, We send our flowers with royal mail 1st class post so the delivery does take 1-2 working days to arrive and a day is not guaranteed on this delivery option I am afraid . Good Afternoon Jayne, I have taken a further look into your order and it shows me that your order was dispatched from us on the 9th to arrive on the 10th or 11th. This isn't a tracked delivery so I am unable to tack the order I am afraid. Although your order should now have arrived with the recipient. NOW I remember why I stopped ordering from your company?! Last order was in 2011! You never deliver on the correct day! Nobody realistically wants to pay extra when other companies offer free delivery for date I requested. My sister received her plant, chocs an cake a day late! Thanks for nothing! I Won't be ordering from you AGAIN!

I had the pleasure of seeing my girlfriend today and i saw the bunch of flowers. What a load of rubbish and all that for £32.99+ Delivery. It is the worst load of crap flowers i have ever seen in my life, will never ever order from you again, I rather go to Tesco. Thanks for nothing.

Feel that what was advertised on your website and what I received wasnt the same thing. It was much smaller than advertised and it was one of the more expensive bouquets so I would hate to see the cheaper ones. Not a patch on inter flora I'm afraid

I payed for courier service and the flowers were to be delivered on Friday but didn't get delivered until the Saturday afternoon. The issue I have with this is that when I checked the tracking it said they were delivered on the Friday which was not the case. Clearly the courier company representative signed it anyway to keep his figures correct and not get into trouble for not meeting his targets. Would seriously consider using a different company in the future that is more reliable and honest. Feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss this further

Very sadly, the alstromerias arrived snapped off at the heads, dead and slimy! Somewhat embarrassing as they were a present to a friend to thank her for having me as a guest for a few days. Customer service are despatching more but the impact of the gesture has been lost by the failure of the first delivery to please. :-(

The flowers were delivered however, they were left on the door step for someone else to find. I was under the impression that they had to be signed for? No mention of chocolates.

Flowers arrived on time and in good condition but a much smaller size then would have expected for the money and looking at the picture on their website. Spoke to customer services who were great, a new bunch was sent out but this too was small. Do not believe the bunch sizes are value for money and would not recommend them.

Thank you for your comments Sandra, As we are a flowers by post company and send through royal mail and courier services, we do have to send all of our gifts this way within a box to avoid any damage in transit. Apologies for any disappointment caused.

I was very dissappointed how small the bouquet of flowers was for my work colleague. I spent a fair bit of money and didnt get much for my money at all. I would have been better going to a supemarket and getting a huge bouquet for half the price. Wont be using you again.

Chocolates not the one in the photo but in a packet and melted - flowers disappointing very sparse ,even with upgrade . Delivered on time friendly staff but product quality poor
