“Items as described however I was able to choose delivery for next day and items dispatched straightaway but took 3 days to arrive so flowers weren't going to be the freshest on arrival. I shouldn't have been able to choose the option of next day delivery if not the case.”

“Flowers purchased for my wifes birthday. The quality of flowers from Bunches seems to have decreased while becoming more expensive. They were dying after a couple of days and some other flowers from a supermarket which were 20% of the cost lasted longer.”

“It was lovely that there was a free option of the card and plenty of different flowers to choose from. However, my flowers were packed on the 11th of June and delivered to the recipient on the 13th of June. I would have preferred that this time was shorter.”

“Apparently the flowers I sent were beautiful however there was no message attached so the recipient had no idea who they were from, which was awkward .”

“I had not read the small print when I ordered a thank you gift, a bunch of roses for friends who had organised a memorial for someone who suddenly died in Majorca. I ordered on Monday and they got there three days later and the recipients were delighted with them. All's well that ends well but in future I'll remember that I might have to order before an event if I want the flowers to be there the day after.”

“Always been happy with Bunches. Sadly letterbox flowers arrived a day late and had been sitting with Royal Mail somewhere. Flowers not as fresh as they could have been. Probably not your fault as out of your hands”

“Delivery really good but disappointed in the flower arrangement that I purchased . I was sent photos of the flowers and I as I said disapppintred because I felt there were not as many fllowers in the arrangement compared to the online picture.”

“Loved all the packaging was recyclable but some flowers didn't last the week and some stems went mouldy sadly. Especially as most of the bunch came unopened so was hopeful as they would open over the week. Delivery etc was promt”

“Unfortunately the flowers delivered were not in bud, which is what I ordered. I contacted customer service and they gave an answer saying they were in bud. I replied to say they definitely weren’t and then Bunches didn’t reply further. A shame because the flowers are quite nice but aren’t lasting as long as expected.”

“Unfortunately my experience of Bunches is not good - sorry. Firstly, the order I had placed for flowers to be sent to NI was inexplicably cancelled - although my payment was immediately refunded; in fact the refund was the only notification I had to say the order was cancelled . Secondly, I ordered a 'Letterbox arrangement' assuming this would go through the letterbox as I knew my friend might be out. However, Royal Mail would not deliver them without a signature, so it was only when I received a message from Royal Mail to say my friend had to make other arrangements - by which time I imagine the flowers were past their best! So, not happy.”
