“I was disappointed that the flowers did not live up to the picture on your website. Farr too much ugly stiff greenery and one of the roses was already dropping the next day. But the cost was low and the recipient pleased”

“Bouquet was kind of small for a XL bouquet… not to mention that I paid for extra gypsophila and it didn’t come in the bouquet with the rest of the flowers like I thought it would, it came separately. Other than that the flowers were beautiful.”

“My husband sent me a beautiful bunch of flowers (cascade) on 21st August for our 60 years being together. They are still going today, so very happy. Unfortunately sent our daughter the larger size of what I had and they were not the same as mine, so very disappointed. Saying that our daughter was happy.”

“I have used your service a no of times but this time was dissappointed. The bunch looked much smaller than the picture, hadn't arrived when I phoned on 31st August (her birthday) and she couldn't find the card.”

“There were a little surprise for my mother in law. When they arrived she's said there was quite a few that had snapped and wasn't able to display them so thrown away. Although the ones that were ok were very nice. Quick delivery. Will order again from this company”

“Suppose to be delivered Sunday August 25, it was marked as available on the site but were not delivered till Tuesday August 27!! The day after yn special birthday (80th)! No word of explanation from the company to say, very bad customer service”

“The flowers I understand are acceptable but the delivery date was not met. Maybe I was unlucky. I hadn't realised it was sent by Royal Mail which I know is unreliable. Would think twice before purchasing again.”

“Usually good, but the discount code I'd received that day didn't work. Also, the recipient was not at home for delivery and the flowers were left in the green waste bin and no note left to indicate so.”

“I ordered two bunches of flowers for two different recipients, both of whom stated ow lovely the flowers were. My gripe is about the delivery. Notification was received from bunches that the flowers had been sent but the problem is with Royal Mail. The first delivery arrived the day before it was said to arrive. The second arrived the day after it was due, which was for a special birthday.”
