“Nice flowers but only lasted 2 days, not worth the expense. Better off buying the same amount from a local Supermarket. May be my mistake bit i didn't see any correspondence from Bunches to inform me the flowers had been dispatched or delivered”

“Last bunches did not go very well, so as a customer for ten years felt let down, so much I think my next order will be my last ! Born in Nottingham so used local in Edinburgh for 8 years !”

“The flowers are lovely, however the bunch is so small and cheap looking it didn’t even fill my vase. I would have been better spending £26 at Tesco. I have now ordered from another company and will be using them instead. Not at all the standard expected for a bunch of flowers. Images are available if required.”

“They were delivered on time, the online photos looked very nice. But I was a bit disappointed with the bunch that my mum received as they looked scarce and unimpressive. A supermarket bunch would have looked better and at a fraction of the price. Today I ordered flowers from a private person i found in a fb group and for £30 the bouquet she prepared and delivered was stunning. So from now on I will choose local talent over this online service.”

“This was a present that did not arrive early enough as requested and had to be collected from sorting office I have only received a picture of the flowers so I hope the buds come out. I was told that the cake was very nice.”

“Having received a nice rose in a watering can as a gift I thought I would try Bunches to send a bouquet to a friend for her birthday. I chose a £27 pink arrangement plus a birthday candle. My friend sent me a picture of the flowers and they looked nothing like the online picture. I sent a complaint but was told I had to wait for a few days until they opened which required me to tell my friend I was disappointed and ask her to send another picture which I was not prepared to do as it was too embarrassing. The description of the bouquet ie number of stems and colours bore little resemblance to the webpage picture and I was very disappointed. I requested a partial refund but this was not granted and the customer service was not good. I told them I would not be using them again”

“I love Bunches flowers as they are usually so beautiful but I was so disappointed with the Mother’s Day flowers I sent this year. Apparently all the roses and irises had died within 4 days.”

“I bought the ‘fragrant’ freesias for my friend who is visually impaired. The flowers were delivered on time but they did not smell at all. It’s a shame because I specifically ordered these because they promised to make the whole house smell flowery and that was definitely not the case.”

“Normally i am very happy with bunches but my last order was delivered 3 days late and my mother said that they were dried out and some of the roses were dead. This is very disappointing I will look at using another retailer in future.”

“Flowers arrived on time but two stems were broken, one was black so clearly it had been dead for some time and didn’t happen in transit. Not very nice when the flowers are a birthday gift for your Mum.”
