“Bought flowers for mothers day and my mum found very few flowers and more greenery. Leaves were wilting too.”

“Had a picture of the flowers sent to me from the recipient and whilst they were nice they were completely unlike the bunch I ordered? I understand that maybe you have to change some flowers because of the season but a completely different bunch ? That’s why I only gave you 2 stars , if you can’t supply what is ordered you should have told me.”

“Very disappointed, paid a lot of money expecting freesias with carnations, received 2 stems of freesias the rest carnations. Lot of money and not very big bunch. First time been dissapointed.”

“I was not very happy with how the flowers looked when they first arrived, firstly it was a lot smaller than I was expecting and only a couple of the flowers had opened so it looked very poor which was extremely disappointing as they were for Mother’s Day! However after a couple days they did all bloom and it looked nice but still smaller than expected”

“I ordered 3 x Pink Confetti Gift Sets; one for my mother, one for my partners mother, and one for my Godmother. I ordered these last year and the years before and they have been fine, except on a couple of occasions were received with a few broken stems. This time around, the flowers were quite poor, the buds were small and they didn't develope, they didn't look like the flowers in the picture, or what was received the years before. I was quite disappointed. The receivers were being polite and although said thank you and that they were lovely, I received a rediculed giggle from my partners mother and not very much else from my godmother - every year I would get a wow and they are fabulous. I am quite disappointed; the quality was just not showing this year.”

“Wasn't delivered on the day, why use Royal mail when they don't deliver Saturday after 12.00 or full day Sunday. This was for a mothering Sunday bouquet ,it turned up Monday morning! I requested it delivered Saturday a day early...Don't use a courier that can't guarantee a specific day, after all thats what the majority of flower deliveries are for , to mark an occasion on a given day.”

“I ordered a bunch of the cherry blossom flowers for Mother’s Day and I was really disappointed as they did not look like the picture at all and all of the lily leaves were damaged and did not look good.”

“I was very disappointed in the flowers my mum received for Mother’s Day. It did not look like the picture did on their website. The roses had died within a couple of days and most of the irises didn’t open and the ones that did also died quickly.”

“Daisies made up the bulk of the bunch. All flowers had died within 4 days, the roses didn’t last two. Bunch also appeared half the size as the website picture. Disappointed.”

“Ordered flowers for my wonderful step mum for mother's Day but what turned up and what the picture looked like we're 2 totally different things. The flowers were all well open and on thier way out. Not impressed at all. I sent another bunch to a friend for mother's Day and they were ok but nothing like the picture. Very unimpressed”

“Ordered 2 bouquets to 2 different addresses, both were well below quality / quantity I would expect for what they cost (not including postage). Also flowers did not open up properly and looked withered after about 5 days. Very disappointed and would not use again. Would have complained direct to them but left it too long due to being busy with work etc.”

“Bunches flowers are so over priced for what you get. I complained and was promised it wouldn’t happen again. Ordered 2 bunches of flowers for Mother’s Day. One bunch cost £50 and when it arrived looked as though it was nothing more than £5 worth. I bought a plant for £28 and it looked about £3 worth. Never again.”

“Flowers were pretty and came with a nice wooden decoration but the flowers were a lot smaller than expected. The images on the website made you believe you were getting a luxury, large bouquet of flowers but instead you get the size of flowers you would get from a standard supermarket for less than £10. May not be the same for all the flowers on the website but when spending £35 on a bouquet for Mother’s Day you want to be impressed but instead was slightly disappointed.”

“Disappointed with the amount of flowers, paid over £33 & hardly any freesias nothing like photo on website, & iris’s lasted only 4-days. Most if the freesias lasted 5 days. As this was for Mother’s Day it was a disappointment”
