“The flowers are beautiful and the price very competitive but I ordered 4 separate bouquets to be delivered on Mother’s Day and I wasn’t happy that ALL 4 bunches were left on doorsteps with no knocking/ringing. I appreciate Covid restraint but even Hermes/Amazon knock and wait for an answer or to take a picture as proof the items were received by the recipient. In all the 4 separate deliveries, not 1 recipient said there was a knock or ringing of the bell. My mother only knew she had hers delivered because I received a delivery confirmation and rang her to ask if she had received and so she went to the door and there they were. Hours passed by before my mother-in-law was told hers were outside on the doorstep- she would have never known and may have not received them. It should take a phone call to the recipient-from the sender to say , “ oh hi- will you go to the door I’ve sent you some flowers! “ . This really spoilt my experience using your company and probably won’t use them next time”

“Unfortunately this time around I ordered 2 sets of flowers for Mother’s Day 1 for my own mother and 1 for my mother in law both flowers came abit damaged and died the very next day. My husband has ordered from bunches before and the flowers have been lovely so this time around I was rather disappointed”

“I bought a bouquet for mother's day as I have done for the past 4 years, which have always been of an exceptional quality, lasting for two weeks or more. However, this time the flowers did not last even a week. Was very disappointed with the standard this time.”

“I purchased 4 bunches of flowers for both my mothers and grandmothers for Mother’s Day. I ordered weeks in advance & spend almost £200. Definitely not their cheapest bunches. I was very disappointed. All came very small. No where near the money I spent and I order flowers very often from other companies. They do look better now the flowers have started to blooms no open but are still below average for what I expect from the price. I did change a delivery address and customer service were very good. However I wouldn’t use again.”

“Flowers were very pretty and fresh...BUT, the bunch was tiny! The pictures online showed an huge bunch, the reality was about a quarter of the size. Extremely disappointed and definitely not worth the money. I will not be ordering from Bunches again.”

“Poor quality flowers, they came in bud which was expected but all came out at different times and died very quickly, only lasting a few days, for £32 a bunch I expected much better.”

“Great service and loved the bonus of being able to get a great discount. But unfortunately they flowers didn’t live up to my expectations. Regardless with a discount I paid almost £30 (including delivery) but the flowers were not worth the price what so ever. They was suppose to be a lovely mother’s day surprise for my mum but in all honesty it was more so a let down on my behalf.”

“Flowers were perfect, however flowers were left on the door step without any notification, when I went to visit my grandmother later that evening they were still there. Instructions specifically said to ring the door bell. Lost the element of surprise, could have bought the flowers myself if that was gonna happen.”

“I was looking forward to the flowers my mum would receive for Mother’s Day, as I paid a good price for them and the picture looked amazing. However when they arrived I was disappointed as they don’t look as the picture online did, it looked as though I got half of what I paid for. They looked nice when the flowers had come out but it wasn’t as impressive as the photo displayed online.”

“I’m sorry to say I wasn’t impressed with my mother’s flowers on Mother’s Day. The flowers themselves were in the order of £40 and I was expecting a lot more than what my mother received. I would have been better off purchasing them from a supermarket! I am sorry to say this! I saw them via a call and I was disappointed.”

“I was greatly disappointed with the Mother Day flowers you sent 1 stalk of 3 lily heads broken and several carnations broken. After ordering flowers from you over several years this latest order was less than satisfactory. Will give you one more chance by ordering some flowers for my wedding anniversary.”
