Regrettably the bunch of flowers I received looked nothing like the photograph on the website, and despite my best efforts could not be made to do so. In the end we bought a bunch of flowers from Morrisons for £2 and added those and it the looked fine.

The bunch of flowers that you showed on your web site looked a lot fuller with flowers. The bunch my wife received didn't look the same. Also the water sponge at the bottom which should be wet was completely dry. Some of the flowers looked dry. Don't think I will be coming back to Bunches,

Ordered two brunches of flowers, one as the picture, other one is no where near the picture - 6 roses are so tiny and horribly organised. Very disappointed especially it's an important day to me. Will never order again.

I purchased a large sunshine bouquet for my mum's birthday but when recieved this was not what I would call large! It was more like a £8 bunch from a supermarket. Disappointed with the response when I complained.

We was very disappointed with the roses, the ones i saw in Tesco where beautiful and big mine looked like normal every day roses nothing special for the price.

Usually very happy with bunches delivery and quality, this time, however, the flowers were wilted at the edges, to a point that even my girlfriend remarked on it. Very unhappy with bunches this time, don't think I would risk using them again for fear of the same thing happening. Can actually buy flowers from tescos that look fresher and last longer. Very disappointed in the fact that I spent so much money to get poor quality.

Dissapointed in recent delivery of valentine flowers on Fri 13/2/15. On opening the box the flowers were tired looking. By Sun 15/2/15 flowers had wilted and were drooping in the vase.

The flowers arrived a day earlier than I had specifically requested and some of the flower heads were crushed & broken. In addition, the birthday cake was also smashed in places. Overall, I was dissappointed.

i was very upset with the sizes of the bunch well i wouldn't have called it a bunch really very disappointing sorry i would have ordered again if bunches were bigger flowers were nices colours x

Delivery was good and came early in the morning but the flowers looked half dead and 1 flower had totally closes up and lost its colour really not happy with the quality of the product

I paid extra for courier delivery, but they were delivered by Royal Mail, I know this because my daughter works for Royal Mail and her local postman told her he had some flowers for her. Maybe the courier dropped them off at the delivery office? When opened they did not resemble the picture on the website. I realise carnations are sent in bud, but it made a poor display.

Flowers were very poor for the price paid, quality of the roses and surroundinf were poor.

The roses were very dry and look like they were already a week old. Really disappointed for the price I paid.

Our Son said they arrived promptly & are just beautiful, but they arrived out of water. Had I know to purchase a vase to insure them arriving in water, I would have been happy to purchase a vase. A vase was not offered that I saw on the order form, therefore I assumed it was included. You might want to add that to your order form if possible, or put the stems in small water tubes. I would love to use you again, our Son & family live in London & we live in the USA so it was very easy for me to order these flowers. You have a good selection & prices are reasonable Thank You - Jan Kennerley California, USA

Thank you for your comments Jan, we were delighted to hear the flowers that were delivered are beautiful. You mentioned the flowers were not delivered in any water, as you had ordered a full lily bouquet we do not send these with any water as this encourages the lilies to open during transit and damage them. Our boxes are designed to keep the flowers as fresh and as cool as possible so they are absolutely fine in transit. We hope this information has helped.

I wanted my friend to receive her Bouquet on 13/02 and she received It the day before . All the flowers were closed so she will have to wait a couple of days to enjoy her gift .

Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We are sorry to hear that your gift did not arrive on the expected day. Where Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is used, a gift may occasionally take up to two days to arrive as it is not a guaranteed delivery service. In recognition of this, we ask customers to select a preferred delivery date and we send out a gift 2 working days prior this date so that a special occasion is not missed. There is an option to upgrade to a courier tracked service to guarantee delivery on the specific day of your choice. This can be selected at the checkout stage of an order. With regards to the flowers sent in bud, this is to maximise the vase life of the flowers and ensure that are as fresh as possible. I hope this information has helped.

I have recieved a bunch of flowers today for Valentines day. 12 pretty much dead red roses, I phoned the company and was asked to send pictures, of which I did. BUT... when i called them back to see if they had got my email, I was told that I had to peel off the dead petal and that after they would be fine.. (these roses had gone dark red, they were so old) I really wish I could post pictures on here and show you all the sorry state these flowers where in. After refusing to keep these flowers I was offered a refund ( well my boyfriend would have got the refund) so I called my partner reluctantly and had to explain the whole thanks for the dead flowers story. Only to be told that it should have been 12 roses and chocolates something else they got wrong, so I had to call them again. Oh and then... they state that not all... flowers come with water.. (another excuse) honestly just don't even bother. They offered me a replacement bunch, but they didn't have any valentines bunches left. We will see how the replacement bunch are, but i'm not going to hold my breath. ALL IN ALL ITS COMPLETELY RUINED THE ROMANTIC VALENTINES SUPRISE.

Very disappointing. Ordered the flowers for my friend to arrive the day after she came home from hospital last Friday (6th). No flowers, so chased yesterday, Thursday and the young lady kept her word and had another bunch delivered today (13th)

Thank you for your review Sue. We are very sorry to hear that your flowers did not arrive. This is most unsatisfactory and disappointing to hear as Royal Mail normally offer a competent service. I believe an investigation has been launched with Royal Mail as where your original flower gift was delivered. I am however delighted to hear your replacement bouquet arrived in good time.
