Regrettably my flowers never reached their destination and Bunches sent them with Royal Mail instead of the recorded firm they usually used so could not track! They have kindly resent the flowers and promise to send with their normal delivery firm however the moment has kind of past a little for my flowers to have made the impact they were ordered for

Thank you for your comments Emma. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the delivery of your gift. As you did choose the free First class post originally we did send your gift on this, unfortunately First Class Post Deliveries cannot be tracked. This is how we have delivered our flowers for over 25 years, unless a courier option is chosen upon checkout. I hope this information helps. Please accept our apologies for the disappointment this matter has caused.

Sadly Disappointed, my hope of sending flowers, chocolates etc to my mother to thank her were sadly crushed when she called to thank me but hesitantly explained to me that the flowers were not in a very good condition, they were not protected well and a lot of them were broken, they don't come in water nor do they come with soaked material around the stems, I would of rated this very poor but my mum contacted the company to divulge her disappointment and they did apologise and stated they would send replacements... Hopefully to new bunch will be better! Sad to say but I will not be ordering from this company again.

Flowers where lovely but got delivered day early and also just left at side of my outside door so anyone could stolen them so bit disappointed

Thank you for taking the time to review our service James. We are sorry to hear that your gift did not arrive on the expected day. Where Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is used, a gift may occasionally take up to two days to arrive as it is not a guaranteed delivery service. In recognition of this, we ask customers to select a preferred delivery date and we send out a gift 2 working days prior this date so that a special occasion is not missed. There is an option to upgrade to a courier tracked service to guarantee delivery on the specific day of your choice. This can be selected at the checkout stage of an order. With regards to the gift being left outside, unless a delivery instruction is left to do this, this should not have happened, I do apologise and we will be looking into this matter further with Royal Mail.

Hi my orders are usually very good but this time itwas disappointed because I ordered two Mother's Day flowers and cards on choosing the second order I did not have an option to add a date but didn't mind because the first order had the date for the 14th March and as they were both plainly wanted for Mother's Day I thought the second order would be delivered the same day 14th of March also. But it arrived to my mums house the day after I ordered it on the 28th feb

When ordering our flowers we do ask that you put in a delivery date for each bouquet you order so we can dispatch the bouquets on time. For the second bouquet you had requested delivery as soon as possible so this is what we did. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment this matter has caused.

Flowers were nice but not value for money. Smallest box of chocolates and for the money I feel poor value. Very dissatisfied

The butterflies that came with the buch of flowers are lovely, they came on the day I booked but I was dissapointed with how few flowers were in the bunch, I paid extra and went for the large size I think there were less flowers in mine then in the picture they show of the standard size.. I did think the flowers would come arraged as shown in the picture, it was a bit missleading, so maybe a note pointing that out on the picture would be best for people when they are looking...

Our flowers are despatched whilst still in bud and so the arrangement will look smaller than the image displayed online; this is to ensure a maximum vase life and limit damage during transit. As we live in Ireland we use Bunches for delivering flowers to our friends and relations in the UK. Up until this latest order we have been 100% satisfied. This week however we ordered flowers on Monday 23/2/15 for delivery to my wife's sister for her birthday Wednesday 25/2/15. She has only received them today 27/2/15 this is NOT GOOD.

Flowers arrived damaged and half dead, the size of the bunch looked nothing like the photo. Not very happy at all.

It is sad to rate Bunches as poor as I have received excellent flowers and service from them in the past. I received a deluxe bouquet of cerise dreams from my husband. The foliage was painted pink, as expected. As soon as the flowers were put in water the pink paint came off in sticky clumps but before that some paint had come off over the flowers, his hands and in the kitchen sink. He notified Bunches who agreed to send the same size bouquet of Damson Delight. What actually came was a cheaper bouquet of normal carnations, which Bunches claimed was an upgrade, even though they were £7 cheaper. By coincidence, my son sent me Deluxe Damson Delight. We put the painted purple leaves in water by themselves first in case the same thing happened. The paint came off onto my husbands hands, in the vase and turned the water purple too. We haven't placed another complaint as we are embarrassed about having to do so again, but the fact is that you are selling flowers with foliage that cannot go into water without paint coming off. My vases are clear glass so sticky clumps do not look good. Surely you have a product problem and it isn't right that not all of a bouquet can be used. I am not impressed that I ordered a medium or larger size bouquet but the size of the flower arrangement hat arrived was pitiful. I would like to know what management will be doing about this.

I received two packages of flowers from my daughter for my birthday, in one the flowers were lovely and fresh. Unfortunalely the second bunch of flowers had dead and dying flowers in it, the dead flowers had completely yellow leaves, so were dead when packed. Very disappointing.

The flowers were practically dead and dried out upon arrival. Very disappointed as there's were for my cuter mother in law!!

Was unhappy that I had ordered flowers to arrive on Monday and they were delivered the Friday before. I had only ordered them on the Thursday so certainly didn't expect them to arrive so early. Shame, as spoilt a surprise for an elderly lady.

I don't normally leave such a bad score for Bunches.co.uk. I'd ordered my mother some flowers for her 70th Birthday and I received them when they arrived. They even arrived a day early which was great! Unfortunately when I went to put the flowers in the vase 4 stems of the flowers had snapped and I had to prop them up using the flowers that were not snapped. I was a little disappointed with this bunch of flowers. I am hoping this is a one off.

I ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday which was on Friday. They arrived Thursday. I then went to see her today (Sunday) and was very disappointed with the flowers. I accept that the lilies are in bud so will improve, but there was very little else there. I have used Bunches many times over the past 8 years or so and have always been pleased with what has arrived. Don't think I'll use them again.

fowers arrived for my aunt tuesday I did not get to see them until saturday the carnations were still fresh but the 1 peice of gypsaphelia that had been put into flowers was dead and crumbly not that that one tiny piece would have made much of a difference I still think it should of been ok 4 days after buying and to be honest they did not look very good in fact quite cheap looking wont be using bunches again you know what they say once bitten twice shy so back to drawing board to find a decent florist

Arrived on time - but when I saw the number of flowers in the vase at my friend's house I was disappointed as I did not feel that they represented the money spent. (two basic bunches at a supermarket. I would have been better buying her flowers and taking them two days later as it would have better value for money. Very disappointed with the media representation on your website - it didn't truly represent the number of flowers I was purchasing. However my friend was very pleased with them.
