The bunch of flowers that my girlfriend ended up getting was no where near as big as the picture was on the website. I wrote a message in the valentines card when I ordered them and it wasn't on the card when she got it. Also th flowers didn't look very good when she got them like they were on there way out

Flowers were just 2 bunches put together as I ordered extra large- looked like 2 bunches you would get from the supermarket costing £3 each when bunches charged £30.99. It was for my mum's birthday and have to say I was embarrassed! Have complained and been told by Hannah that bunches are not a florist and you as the customer are expected to do the florist bit but arranging them nicely! Disgusted with the response I received when bunches advertise as an online florist!!!!

The flowers were lovely but so disappointed that they were not delivered on her birthday. I realise that you state about delivery not being guaranteed unless you pay another £5....... Od but we send flowers (with as you state 'free delivery') because we want to surprise people on the day!!! I have used you before and they were delivered on the correct day without paying extra so I know you can do it!!

Although my sister was pleased with the flowers (which is the main thing). From the photographs I saw, I wasn't. I understand that some of the Freesias would be 'in bud' however, I expected something that presented better. If it was not for the distance I could have delivered the same thing for a fraction of the price.

The flowers came in a box, and half of them had died, probably due to the lack of water.

Flowers delivered a day earlier than expected, but were left with a neighbour so that turned out OK - surprised flowers had bare stalks with no moisture - thought damp paper/sponge or something would be used to keep the fresh - flowers open (not buds) and v droopy - yet to revive

Thank you for taking the time to review our service Glenn. We’re sorry to hear that your gift did not arrive on the expected day. Where Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is used, a gift may occasionally take up to two days to arrive as it is not a guaranteed delivery service. In recognition of this, we ask customers to select a preferred delivery date and we send out a gift 2 working days prior this date so that a special occasion is not missed. There is an option to upgrade to a courier tracked service to guarantee delivery on the specific day of your choice. This can be selected at the checkout stage of an order. With regards to the flowers having no damp sponge or paper, our boxes are designed to keep the flowers as fresh as possible during transit and sending them with water does encourage the flowers to open. However to hear they are droopy is disappointing. If you could contact our customer service team via email flowers@bunches.co.uk and we will be happy to look into this for you.

Very disappointed in the flowers received. I expressed concerns by sending an email as soon as they were delivered. I use your service a lot and have never had to complain before. The flowers were very tired for what of a better word, and the roses would not last out the next few days.

Thank you for your comments Janet, we are sorry to hear this has happened. Every one of our bouquets is packed to the highest standards to ensure they arrive in first class condition. Occasionally we find that a bouquet does not arrive in the first class condition we aim for as a result of the delivery process. I believe you have been in contact with our customer service team and this matter is currently being looked into by our supervisor.

Unfortunately this time your product was not good. We were inform the flowers arrived Friday and looked "dead". They were immediately placed in water and a few did revive but the majority did not. So sorry disappointed on this occasion. A shame as have always had excellent service

Thank you for your comments Maria, we are sorry to hear this has happened. When sending something living through the post, occasionally they can unfortunately arrive slightly worse for wear. If you ever find yourself unhappy with the condition they arrive in, please contact us via email flowers@bunches.co.uk or via telephone 0800 626 429 and we will be more than happy to help.

I was rather surprised how small the flowers where . To be honest I seem better and bigger bunches off flowers in my super market. Only they do not deliver.

Thank you for your comments Elizabeth, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding your latest flower order. We do send the majority of our flowers in bud, this is to maximise the vase life and encourages them to last much longer. Which may mean they look slightly different to our fully bloomed illustrations. However if you are unhappy we would be more than happy to look into this further for you if you could kindly send us an email to flowers@bunches.co.uk. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

For the first time ever since using Bunches I am very disappointed. I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday to be delivered Friday, she got them Saturday. The box was soaking wet where the water had spilt out and some of the flowers were squashed.

Thank you for taking the time to review our service Ruth. As we are flowers by post we send via Royal Mail 1st Class, whilst they do normally deliver the next day, on some occasions it may take them two days (this could be down to anything such as the weather for example). There is an option to upgrade to a courier tracked service should you wish to guarantee delivery on the day requested. With regards to the box being soaking wet and squashed this is really disappointing as they most definitely would not have left us like that, this is something we are taking further with Royal Mail as to why they were delivered in such poor condition. If you would like to contact us regarding this we will be more than happy to help - flowers@bunches.co.uk

Thank you for taking the time to review our service Jeanne. As you had chosen to send via Royal Mail 1st Class, this takes 1-2 days to deliver so your gift would have been delivered to your recipient by Friday 6th February. I hope this information helps.

I was not happy with the overall service from Bunches. The delivery was made 24 hours later than advised, the flowers only lasted 7 days and then died. Also, the person who received the flowers advised that the Irises didn't even open in the short time she had these flowers. Overall I'm not very happy with the service and feel very disappointed. Regards Mrs Sandalls

If you could kindly get in contact with us via email flowers@bunches.co.uk or telephone 0800 626 249 we will be able to look into this further and we will of course do all we can to make it up to you.

After searching for a reasonably priced flower delivery I came across Bunches as they had an offer for a flower bouquet with chocolates and a birthday cake for £25 but also had a 10% discount for February so I thought I would try them for my mums birthday. She called me to say they had arrived and it was a surprise for her, she said they were lovely but when I arrived at her house later that day I saw a tiny flower box and asked "how could the bouquet fit in there?" I was very disappointed and embarrassed when I saw the flowers, I know they were not in bloom but they looked worse than the bunches you get from the petrol station for £5 and even that would be too expensive! The chocs and cake were tiny but that was expected. The butterflies I paid extra for were the nicest thing. I would not buy from Bunches again as you would need to spend at least £50 to get a decent bouquet.

This is my first order with Bunches, a birthday gift for my cousin. She was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers she received, the altameria flower stems were damaged and the carnations disappointing too. I will not be using Bunches again if this is an example of the quality of flowers despatched. Gloria Pearson Email 49@gloriapearson.plus.com

Thank you for taking the time to review our service Gloria. We are really sorry to hear the gift arrived in such damaged condition; our special boxes are designed to keep their shape whilst protecting the flowers inside. It sounds as though this damage has been caused whilst in the care of the delivery company. Should you find yourself with a box of damaged flowers, you can always email us at flowers@bunches.co.uk to let us know and we will of course do all we can to make it up to you.

Dear Mike, whilst we are pleased to hear the Roses were unharmed, we were disappointed to hear the box was wet and torn, the box most certainly has not left us in this condition, so this will be a matter we will need to take to the delivery company. We cannot apologise enough as this is normally a very reliable service.
