Sent my friend some flowers from you, which I saw at her house. I was dissapointed with them as there were not enough flowers in the box of flowers I ordered, plus I ordered the box of flowers thinking she would not have to arrange or put them in a vase….. she had to remove from the box and place in a vase and the overall bunch of flowers looked rather sad, to the point that I was embarrassed. The chocolates were a nice touch.

After looking into your order, I can see the Lilac Dream Gift bag was ordered, these are designed to stay in the Gift Bags and there is no need for any arranging in a vase. Had some flowers delivered this morning from my husband for my birthday, all I can say was I was so disappointed with them, very sparse, it actually upset me, as I didn't think my hubby had put much thought into it, then when I rang him to say that they had arrived and that there isn't very many flowers, I asked him how much he had paid, all I can say is I was shocked, not worth the money, you'd get more from a bouquet in a supermarket, very very disappointed, ????, won't be using this site again,

I was disappointed as I had envisaged my daughter receiving flowers in a container so that they could be seen and 'make an entrance' - instead she got a box. I also thought that I had actually paid an lot of money for a relatively few flowers. I don't like saying this because I so appreciate your business ethics and hope you will do really well. I hope my comments are useful to you.

Dear Sue, thank you for your kind and honest comments regarding our business ethics and charity work. As we are a flowers by post company, we send all of our flower gifts via Royal Mail and are sent in specially designed boxes for each gift in mind to protect the flowers during transit. Sorry I probably won't be using you again. I ordered a 'large' bouquet for my Goddaughter who had given birth, along with a mini balloon and the free chocs. Sorry, but if that was a 'large' bunch of flowers, I wouldn't like to see a 'standard' one. I was really disappointed, although must say she was thrilled to bits, just to receive some flowers, and the flowers were nice, just not what I was expecting for the money and the 'large' label

The bunch of flowers on the website looked amazing and noticing that there was "standard", "large" and "extra large", I wondered which one was pictured. I was more that delighted to see that it said that the standard size was pictured, so that is what I ordered to be sent to my friend. She was pleased with the flowers and chocolates and sent me a picture - well, what a disappointment!! The bunch of flowers sent to her was nothing like the picture with just a few stems and mostly in bud. It looked cheap and nasty - a cheap bunch from Tescos would have looked better and cost a third of the price! Very disappointing - I will not order again.

I have used bunches a few times to send flowers and have never had any issues. I ordered some this week for my sister and my mum. My sister's were fine, but my mum's had many blooms brown and wilted. However to their credit bunches promptly sent another set when she phoned them. Second lot came, same issue :-(. Now awaiting the third set. Not great really. Think bunches need to check their distribution centre. The flowers arrived in the post the day after I ordered them so can't blame postal delays :-(

Don't usually have a problem with Bunches but this time the flowers arrived late, and because the person was not in, the flowers were then sent to the Post Office depot where the receiver had to go and pisk them up herself! 1) they could have knocked at a neighbours and put a card through her door to advise her. 2) what was the piont if asking me for her contact number? She never received a call to say they were trying to deliver!

Thank you Brigitte for your review. Regarding they delay, we send our flowers by Royal Mail 1st Class, they do normally deliver the next day, on rare occasion it may take them two days to deliver (this could be down to anything such as the weather for example). It seems that happened in this case. Unfortunately as no instruction was left on the delivery notes, they will not deliver to a neighbour as some people may not prefer this. There is an option upon checkout to do this. We are sorry for the disappointment this matter has caused and if you would like to contact us regarding this we will be more than happy to help.

The flowers was quite expensive for what I ended up receiving. The pictures I feel is very misleading and what you get is nothing like the pictures. I feel that this is very much a misrepresentation. It was very disappointing as I paid in the excess of £30. I would have gotten much more for my money if I went to my local forest (which I will be doing next time). Since the order I have heard some of my friends saying the same thing. I will not be recommending this service to anyone I know. Ash Botes

It is disappointing to hear the flowers were damaged during transit, and we will of course be investigating this with the Royal Mail. Hi The flowers sent could have been bought in a supermarket for£5 and considering we paid £20 and they were for a funeral. They were so squashed and we're all carnations.

I have used Bunches before and received good feedback from people receiving them. However this time the recipient sent me a photo of the bunch and it certainly looks nothing like the picture on the website so I was very disappointed this time. It was the Butterfly Bliss Bouquet standard - yellow freesias - yes - carnations - pink - yes - orange - no - yellow - no and certainly no purple. So hence the 'poor' rating this time. No problems with website or delivery.

Must admit I was somewhat dissapoined with my flower order. The bouquet seemed less impressive than the photo (indeed I saw a very simiar bunch in Tescos for less than half the price I paid) and some of the flowers were starting to turn. The message card looked horribly cheap and sligtly naff (so much so that I didnt use it). I shouldn't really complain about the free chocolates - but couldn't help but think that the packaging looked like a tampon box! I was also dissapointed with the chocolates I paid for - at £4.50 I would have expected much more - my fault though I should have noticed the weight given. On the plus side when I phoned about my order your operatives were very friendly and helpful - but sorry, I won't be using you again :(

Although the website was easy to use and the prices were ok, it caused me great embarrassment that one of the names as to who the flowers were from was actually left off of the message. It's very upsetting that with such a sensitive message as mine was, the person writing it out could not be bothered to write it out correctly. The bunche of the flowers was half size than on the picture on-line. Good fast delivery by special delivey service.

Very disappointed since the flowers ordered were the same as featured on an online advertisement but did NOT in any way 'match'. Fewer blooms than were on the photograph, less distinctive colours, etc. Surely some effort should be made to ensure that customers receive the quality of flowers that are shown in advertising material?

despite ordering flowers in the morning before the 11,00 cut off, they did not arrive the next day, which was useless to me as the recipients have no way of receiving them except at the weekend. I felt very let down and will not use this service again.

Thank you for your feedback Jenny. We are sorry for the confusion caused by the delivery, as we are flowers by post we send via Royal Mail 1st Class. This is a 1-2 day service. Unfortunately we do not deliver on Sunday so orders placed on Friday would display our next available dates as Saturday or Monday with the delivery option you had chosen. I do hope this has helped and apologise for any upset this matter has caused.

I paid for my order to be delivered by courier on the 22nd with instructions to leave it if no one was home. The order arrived my mail and was not left when no one was home. The customer picked up the order at the post office the following day. The "bouquet" consisted of a bunch of buds that took a few days to blossom. I ordered a full bouquet, not a bunch of buds. I've not been happy with experience.

Was recommended to yourselves through a friend. Unfortunately was disappointed to the point of embarrassment when they arrived, 8 flowers for £18.00, would be better to buy from Tesco and ask a friend to deliver where you are guaranteed value for money and a massive bunch of flowers. Will never use again or recommend.

The flowers I ordered arrived on time but many had died by the next day, and now 3 days later have had to be thrown away. Customer services have been great though and agreed to send out a fresh bouquet.
