Very quick delivery, I ordered them Sunday and they arrived Tuesday. However they arrived all battered and broken except 1 flower. Very disappointed with this.

well guys...my experience with the company was one which was not expected. maybe I wanted a bit more...or at least I had imagined it as being different. First time I ever order flower delivery, and to be honest most probably the last. These were for my wife`s workplace. Throughout the day, I haven`t received any answer from her..thinking that the delivery was late (although signed for already) and went to pick her up. She arrives in the car with a large and ugly box which had written bunches.co.uk and the poor excuse of a flower drawing. If I had known the delivery was in a BOX?!!!?!? I had took them myself. Inside the box, the flowers (these were beautiful so no faults here) and the card I had picked with the msg I wrote in the most unpersonalized manner: the 8 or 10 arial font. As bonus I received a box of chocolates...I mean...really..the so called box was similar to the ones a battery pack of 24 would arrive in, and had 6 pieces of chocolates. I know it was a bonus and I shouldn`t complain, but honestly, I wouldn`t use such a method as a `bonus`. either you do it properly, or don`t. I would never ask for what I didn`t order. On top of all, I had to pay for the delivery. the full price was £40 (very expensive in comparison to other websites...similar deal at £20 which I found later on) however these guys were a recommendation from the company where I work. They gave me a discount of 20% due to this corporate rate, therefore the order. The original offer was free delivery..buy hei 14 FEB.the guy has to many deliveries...really!? that`s A GOOD THING...in any case I paid no questions asked however I had 1 SINGLE REQUEST arrive after 10 AM anytime but AFTER 10. The place where she works is closed prior.what do you think they did? 9:20 delivery.the business next door signed for it fortunately and I was lucky they were opened when the delivery arrived. considering that the flowers are not grown by these guys, their only plus would be the service which I found it poor and with a lack of personality and presentation. If that`s the case in the flower delivery business...one advice..do it yourself! never again...

Very disappointed. Flowers never arrived, and upon contacting Bunches was told they would be re-sent, but I was offered no compensation for the experience.

Further feedback on this order. Apart from being disappointed with the bouquet itself, I did have to contact your company at the outset by 'phone because I did not receive an automatic email confirmation after sending you my credit card details. I spoke to a lady in your office who confirmed the order, but this all took time and should not have been necessary.

Ordered to arrive on Friday only for them to arrive on Thursday completely ruining the surprise as the Friday was our ruby wedding anniversary, first time I have used Bunches.co and last time B Hedges Somerset

Thanks for your feedback June. I’m really sorry to hear about your delivery experience. I note from your order that you chose the flowers to be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Post as requested. Gifts sent by First Class Post occasionally take up to two days to arrive as it is not a guaranteed delivery service, so we ask customers to select a preferred delivery date and we send out a gift 2 working days prior to this date so that a special occasion is not missed. There is an option to upgrade to a courier tracked service to guarantee delivery on the specific day of your choice. This can be selected at the checkout stage of an order. With thanks.

Very disappointed to find one of the roses in the order completely lifeless upon delivery and another two which had also seen better days.

(Valentines Day) Chose to use Bunches as for personal reasons I specifically needed an online service, and have an NUS card for discount. I opted to purchase a deluxe bunch of 12 roses, expecting the quality to be of a similar standard to other online florists I've used previously. However, whilst the delivery and packaging, card and box of chocs was fine, the roses were dog-eared around the edges, I'm no expert but they looked like they'd had chunks eaten away by insects, if that paints a picture. Don't get me wrong, I'm appreciate that valentines day is likely the busiest occasion for a florist, certainly for one variety of flower. But I can't help but feel that at best I've suffered from a lack of sufficient resource following a heavy advertising and promo campaign, or at worst have been given short shrift on the assumption I'm a young student - which I am not. Maybe they're better at non peak periods, but my experience at Valentines wasn't good at all.

Order was easy to place. It arrived on time but instead of a bunch of flowers we received a half empty box with hand full of flowers and quite few of them nearly dead. Nothing like picture even with few days of waiting for them to bloom. Picture showed more than 10 flowers with 3 different types, we only received 2 types and only hand full of them. When rang and requested full refund included postage it was not a problem therefore we posted flowers back and received full refund. Disappointingly our CEO had to wait another few days for her birthday flowers. Only ordered these as they were in our company colors and we struggled to find something similar.

The flowers arrived half dead and looked nothing like the ones online. A new set was sent out which were better but certainly not value for money.

Ruined Valentine's day for my wife. She couldn't display or show off her flowers on social media or in the house because of dead petals ruining them. My Mother recommended you also to use instead of inter flora so now she feels terrible that the flowers were appalling.

Ordered a small bunch of roses for valentines, the roses were wilted and had black edges - they looked like they were picked valentines 2014.

I sent a boquet of mixed lilies to my daughter DR MANDY TURTON last week. She lives in Shropshire. On Friday she rang to say how disappointed she was!! Several flower heads were broken and quite a number of leaves all squished. She even sent me pictures on Facebook to show the damage. I was sooooo disappointed too !!!!!!!!! Perhaps you would consider some form of redress ? I would love to hear from you . aliceturton@clara.co.uk

I've used Bunches for years and for my works social club. This is the first time that the flowers delivered for my mums 75th birthday were a joke. I put a message on for the delivery man saying my mum is very old and it takes her a while to get to the door (triple heart bypass, uses zimmer frame, hip replacement etc) they delivered again but seriously, my "bouquet" was the worst out of all the ones delivered by other florists on that day. Considering it was £26 odd, most disapointed as everyone thinks I ordered a cheapie. Something similar from Tesco is 3.99, but far fresher looking. My poor mum, thanked me for my "lovely present" but rest of family and friends were more candid!!

Ordered for valentine. Flowers were dumped on my front door. I don't even know how long is was left there for. This could have been taken. Please advise if this is how you deliver your items because if it is I won't use this service again

The service seemed pretty good and they arrived in good time but a day earlier than requested. The flowers did not last longer than 3 Days and were not in too good a condition when they arrived. However the prices were very reasonable and easy o order online.
