Very disappointed as I paid for a courier to deliver and the were left outside on the steps. Will never use this company again

Ordered flowers 20:30 1st Aug for deliver 3/8. Its now 14:30 on the 4th Aug and they've still NOT arrived. I called to chase the original 3rd Aug delivery request at 09:10 4th Aug, and was advised the " 97% delivery " figure was not a guarantee of next day delivery, fair enough. I was advised however, that my flowers would arrive by 13:00 today 4th Aug. The Bunches office closed at 12:00 today so can't chase them! So, what was a surprise delivery lead to the "surprisee" hanging around the address the day after they were originally due with no sign of the flowers and no way to chase them. Apparently you have to pay the £5:99 fee if you want them to actually arrive!!

Ordered flowers for my mums birthday and they were awful,nothing like the picture dispayed. Its a shame because ive used bunches in the past ,wont be using them again anytime soon

I searched the Web to find the perfect flowers for my parents' golden wedding anniversary - orange daisy like flowers. Bunches had the perfect bunch. What arrived was something worse than I could have picked at a service station for a fiver.

Due to having ordered flowers and writing out a note (whom they are from) I received an e-mail of confirmation from them stating, what I had written ( on card) and the price and delivery charges. Bunches sent my flowers to our lovely friends who have been through a tough ordeal lately without a written card that I requested to send with the flowers....What company does that? I did e-mail them, and up to date it has been at least 2 weeks and I have not got a reply from them!! I shall not be using this company again!!

Absolutely terrible. The flowers lasted 6 days. And I mean only just lasted 6 days. After 3 days half the bunch was binned as they died. I’ve never had such a poor quality flower. Really saddened by this as wanted a decent flower delivery for my mother who had shingles.

I paid extra for recorded delivery but the DPD driver left the flowers on the doorstep of the building and anyone could have taken it. It was a bunch of flowers for a friend whose sister in law had just died. I had to message her to ensure someone went to get them or they may have been stolen. It's not really acceptable.

The delivery policy is that if the recipient is not in they are sent back to the sorting office, after leaving a calling card that should be marked perishable. Sent bouquet last week to granddaughter. So disappointed as small daisy like flowers were practically dead next day. Bouquet not as shown, paid £23.99 and even I, A qualified flower arranger, could not pick out enough flowers for a medium sized vase. She was too polite to say anything but frankly I could have purchased far fresher and better from a supermarket for one quarter of the price. Can you explain! Jean Serjeant.

Awful service. Didn’t get flowers on requested (and paid for) delivery day. No offer of compensation even though it was for an anniversary present for my wife (pretty useless offering next day deliver). Do not use

I thought the piece of cake was a disgrace for a price of £4 and the card was also over priced for what it was I will not be using Bunches again nor recommending you to anybody

My husband ordered for our anniversary, The flowers were delivered a day late (despite him paying extra for a specific delivery) they were bone dry and dying, 2 roses were broken and most of the petals had fallen off the daisies, also one of the sunflowers was rotten I very much doubt we will use bunches again

Previous good experiences but the last time was awful. My order did not arrive on the requested date. When I contacted Bunches customer service they did nothing. Very disappointing on both counts.

Unfortunately the flowers sent to Nesta Morgan, Hereford, on 9th July arrived in not good condition. Some flowers already drooping and the 10th onwards all flowers except carnations drooping. Very disappointing. I have not had this problem with previous flowers I have ordered through Bunches. Daphne Norman.

Flowers ordered for birthday. Arrived 24 hours late. No update on order status throughout the process. Quality of flowers when finally arrived was very poor. Would not use again.

Ordered some flowers for my Wife for our anniversary. I then got an email at lunchtime on the day it was supposed to be delivered telling me I had asked for the delivery date to be moved. I had not done this and I then had to ring Bunches to find out what had happened. They said the delivery company were short staffed, and couldn't deliver it on the day requested. So although I paid for a specific day for delivery, and paid extra for the privilege, the flowers were not delivered and Bunches offered no sort of compensation. A flower company has one job, to get flowers delivered on the day of an important event, and they failed, and offered no way of compensating me.

My flowers arrived dead with no tracking email, overall disappointing and let down sent a lot of money for a gift for family. No point in paying for special deliver as they came late and not specified that they were flowers on card left 😤

no help with delivery that went astray no information that it was in fact delivered by Post office and no help trying to trace it
