Did not arrive on date stated so embarrassed as it was a birthday present do not buy you will be disappointed with the services!

My delivery did not arrive on the day requested so it missed my daughter’s birthday. Very disappointing. Only option I was given was to pay an extra £5.99 for courier service. As they were meant to arrive on a Saturday and finally arrived on Monday they did not look great and definitely not like the picture on the website.

On Saturday I received a bunch of flowers from a friend and I know she would have been mortified. There were seven roses with some friesures and three stems of a kind of grass. The roses were brown around the edges and the friesures were going over. The grass seeds were dropping. I’m amazed that this bunch was ever sent but really not surprised. I have had endless bad experiences with these flower companies. They seem to send the oldest bunch they have. Most people won’t complain, as the flowers are a gift and people don’t want to be seen as ungrateful. However, I did complain with a photograph. I was immediately contacted with the usual appology about high standards etc and promises of a replacement bunch. All very well but all too late. Don’t send a tired old bunch of flowers in the first place.

Unfortunately lots of the flowers and all the roses were over after just a few days.. My mum was really disappointed I would not use or recommend 😞

Ordered these flowers for my granny. Was dissapointed upon visiting her that the flowers were already dead (she only received them 2 days prior to me visit) waste of money! I went to Sainsbury after and got a much nicer bunch for half the price!

my flowers arrived on Monday , the sunflowers are bent in half ( not broken ) the daisies I think they are were ALL dead ,(Matricaria), snapdragons looked awful so all in all not even worthy of placing next to me on my desk .what an awful start to my Monday . the person who sent them was so excited as Sunflowers are my most special flower of all, she asked me to send her a picture so she could see them, I had to make can excuse I just cant do that to her , the bottom plastic container was dry and so were the flowers. Perhaps Mondays are not good days for delivery if they may have been in the mail since Friday perhaps ?

Supposed guarantee of fresh for 5 days was an absolute joke, these were for an anniversary and I ended up having to go to Tesco to buy a better bunch for less than half the price. Not at all happy with my order, would love a full refund.

Paid quite a bit for a very small bunch of flowers with a chocolate bar and a tiny cake. I was disappointed by the flowers which for the same price I could’ve got a luxury bunch from M&S. it soured my partners birthday for me but luckily I was doing other things as well. Won’t order again.

I was disgusted with the small amount of flowers for the money I paid and although it said guaranteed for seven days they were dead in four days.This was probably due to the fact that they were taken back to the post office as my daughter was not in when they arrived and as it was a surprise she did not know the parcel she had to collect was flowers and did not pick them up for two days.Will not use bunches again

Sadly I received a rather awkward message from my father-in-law re the flowers I sent, via Bunches, to my sick mother-in-law. They arrived with broken stems, 2nd day the lily petals started falling off and by day 5 they were ready for the bin. I'd hate to think how the other 3 orders I recently made with Bunches were received and how long they lasted. I'm not as close to the the other 3 recipients and out of politeness they probably wouldn't have wanted to say anything. Very disappointed and absolutely gutted.

The people whom I was surprising with flowers weren’t in, and therefore flowers went back to depot. When we asked for them to be redirected, bunches declined. Awful service and a waste of money.

Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear you have been disappointed with your recent delivery. The delivery policy is that if the recipient is not in they are sent back to the sorting office, after leaving a calling card that should be marked perishable. As the flowers are sent via the Royal Mail we are unable to redirect the gift once it has left us i'm afraid. Kind Regards - Bunches

I have used Bunches over the last 5 years and have always been extremely pleased, both with the product and service. As I have had problems with Royal Mail, when purchasing I always choose the courier option. However, Bunches do not make it clear that courier could mean a private company like DPD (who have always delivered my orders previously without any problem) or Royal Mail Tracking. I would never willingly have chosen Royal Mail! On this occasion, I was unlucky enough to have my order sent by Royal Mail, who, despite a note advising where the delivery could be left in case of no one at home, decided they wouldn't leave my flowers. Hence, the gift that was supposed to arrive by 1.00 p.m on my friend's birthday, has still not been delivered at 4.30 p.m. the following day. Bunches have been very apologetic and have offered a refund, which was a very kind gesture, but does not solve the problem of the late delivery. Unless Bunches can offer the option of "not Royal Mail", I will, reluctantly, not use them again.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you gift didn't arrive with the recipient. After looking into this I can see that an incorrect address was provided at the time of the order. When an order is placed online we rely on the information provided to be correct, therefore the gift was sent out with the address given. I was very disappointed with my last purchase,I have purchased several times and been very happy,but my last order was for a birthday and was not delivered untill between 6pm and 7th and the person who the flowers were for went out at 5pm so never got here birthday flowers when the day was nearly over.
