The flowers arrived and were in tight bud which I expected but after a week only 1 has come out the rest are looking very poorly, so I’m not overly happy with the purchase. I bought these for my wife’s 50th birthday as they carried a very personal connection to her late mother, but have to say I’m very disappointed.

I have used Bunches several times and to be honest im very dissapointed! I send my elderly Grandmother flowers and the red roses i recently ordered for her were shrivelled and dying within 4 days they didnt even open. For what I paid this isnt good enough.

i order flower on line on 31 may to arrive for a brithday 0n 6 june no flower turned up and no flower turend up on the 7 june after phone on both days and just getting fob off with saying it must be the royal mail on 8 june a phone call again was asked if i had the right address i did have the right address then it was well not sure where it got we will send it out today 8june and on saturday 9 junne the flower tured up but it is not good when you have your b/day on the 6 june no refund or anything i ask to be taking off the mailing list and they can get that right this week i get a book with flower by post from bunches it just went in the bin .i will not be using bunches again

I wanted my son and his wife to have nice bouquet of flowers to celebrate birth of my grandson the flowers were rubbish small amount and the tinyish balloon ever made for £30 be warned I won't be buying from this company again According to customer services I got what I expected do you think I would have paid £30 for that

A lot of the petals were folded back and looked messy. The arrangement was very amateur with same flowers and colours being bunched together. I could have done it better myself. Won't be wasting my money here again.

Really disappointed - got flowers sent to me and Royal Mail didn't deliver or give to a neighbour so they went back to the sorting office. No water or anything either so flower are half dead! First experience of bunches (obviously not my choice as the receipient) but will never use myself!! Will be telling my aunt not to use them either!! Rubbish.

My order was not delivered to my foster daughter on her birthday, when I rang to find out why it seems that the order was not placed and was told that sometimes this happens on making an online order! I also called bunches so the reason they gave did not make any sense. To me this was totally unaceptable as my order was placed two days before the delivery date. I felt very let down as she waited in for the gift and it was on her birthday and she lives 300 miles away from me. I had to reorder and it took two ore days for the delivery to take place - I asked to be compensated and was give £10 off - this in no way makde up for the gift not arriving on her birthday. I'm expremely disappointed and will not use bunches again as I would be afraid the order did not go trough.

The bunch of freesias I ordered for my Mum cost me £22. The bunch was small, some of the flowers were crushed and they weren’t particularly scented. They lasted less than a week. Overpriced and not very impressive.

Didn’t get an email till late in the day they were due to be delivered to my 92yr old Grandma the following day, not impressed! Poor old thing had sat by the front door most of the day because she is hard of hearing for nothing! When they did arrive the next day (after another day waiting by the front door), whatever was keeping them watered had dislodged and they were almost dead. Not happy. Shame because I always use you and never had a problem before.

I ordered the flowers on line on Saturday 9th June for a special birthday on Wednesday 13th June. They did not arrive until 4pm the day after ie Thursday 14th June, almost 2 days late. I am bitterly disappointed as it looked as if they had been sent as an afterthought. This is the first and last time I will use Bunches. Had they been sent by first class post they would have arrived on the day, especially as the woman I spoke to on your customer services said they delivered up to 6pm. I could have taken them quicker than this.

This service comes with a 97% chance of the gift arriving on the date selected, however this is not a guarantee. We do offer a courier service if a guaranteed delivery date is required. I ordered a bouquet for my daughters Wedding anniversary to arrive on 10th May They arrived on the 14th and were already dying. Despite several emails the problem has not been resolved . I was offered a replacement bouquet to be sent which I accepted but this also has not arrived. Very disappointed and will not be using Bunches again. Maybe you also need to look at your policy of sending flowers to Jersey

For flowers that cost £23.99 the quality of flowers I received were shocking! About three lillies and a couple of other flowers in there! As a Birthday present for my mother i was hugely disappointed. My brother and dad got flowers from Tesco that were of much better quality for half the price. I think next time I’ll buy from there. Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Gave 5 days notice , delivery date was to be 12 June ( today) for my aunts special 90 th Birthday. No delivery arrived as yet today ! I called customer services and an unhelpful lady said well we can’t guarantee , stock of the orchid was low yesterday ! If this was m and s ... they would have called me to advise of this and sent something else of my choice .. why do I know this .. because it has happened before! Very unsatisfactory , so the plant , card , happy birthday balloon and Cake arrives late. Well thanks very much. No worries , i will take my business back to Marks and Spencer’s , Next and other reputable companies and I suggest you have customer services staff trained by Marks and Spencer’s .. she obviously did not realize what a big deal this is!

Had some flowers delivered last Friday 8th June 2018. (4.30pm) The Stock flowers were almost dead when i opened the box, had to bin those on saturday, the others i had to bin yesterday. Such a same I haven't told my friend who ordered these for me, what a waste of money!!

The flowers died on day 4. I called in and even took a picture. I was told I had two options; a refund or then a replacement. Opted for the replacement which never came.

DONT TRUST THIS WEBSITE !! NOBODY ANSWER ME !! I had place an order for the 21th birthday of my best friend on June 5th, nobody's coming at her house, she has called them and they said they will coming at her house but nobody's coming again, so i dont know what to do now, i paid the flower but the service is not professionnel at all !! someone can help me please ??

Ordered flowers a card and chocolates for mother in law's birthday they never arrived on her birthday (even though I selected the day before birthday) on the confirmation email I only found out 97% of orders can't be guaranteed on the selected day So thanks Bunches for making me look a right twat!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WONT BE USING AGAIN!! Only gets one star because I have to lucky to get that!
