Disappointed in the quality of the flowers which were received by my grandma for her birthday. It looked like something I could pick up for a third if not a quarter of the price from a supermarket. They looked limp and disappointing. I won’t be ordering again

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you were disappointed with your carnation gift. Our bouquets are displayed online alongside a full description of what is included. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. Bought these for my daughter and she sent me a photo of them....I am disgusted, lots of the stems were broken and they looked terrible.

Very poor service. After putting In a compliant regarding delivery when I placed the order last Thursday and it still has not been received by the recipient 4 days later is very poor! They should strongly recommend to customers or have better advertisement on their website clearly stated in bold that if they would like a speedy delivery, to pay for the courier which is significantly more. Will not be using again.

We were very disappointed after a mistake was made when I placed my last order. I immediately phoned to correct the mistake, I was unable to get intouch. So I sent a email hopeing to resolve the issue, it was clear the email was ignored when the 80year old respeant of our gift phoned to say say she had received her gift two weeks early. Very disappointing.

After reviewing your order it would seem that your email didn't reach us therefore your order would have gone out with the dates provided when the order was placed. When an email is received regarding an amendment we would always response to let them know this had been done so that the sender can be happy knowing this had been changed. Not delivered on time. In fact not at all and only received when I enquired at the sorting office. The flowers were 'out the back' and this was a saturday. They should have been delivered on Friday and I waited in all day. They obviously were not going to be delivered on the Saturday which meant they would be in the sorting office over the weekend!!! By the way this was a replacement order for a previous malfunction in the system.

Poor flowers didn’t arrive nightmare getting through to customer service had to go elsewhere to get flowers replacement arrived 3 days later !

Ordered flowers in plenty of time for delivery. The flowers never arrived- 2 weeks later they have sent the flowers again ( by courier this time). No refund or upgrade of flowers. BEWARE - flowers are posted 1st class by Royal Mail, so they aren’t tracked.

Flowers were awful. Delivered to a friend who is very ill and they were just scruffy buds. Completely embarrassed as that's not what shown on the website.

Extremely unhappy, flowers not delivered on time due to low stock. They were a gift for my partners grandma who has just been diagnosed with cancer, I specifically requested a date for the reason that I would like them delivered on that date. Not the day after or the day after that. If it was due to low stock, I would have appreciated being contacted and perhaps could have chosen flowers that were in stock and therefore able to be delivered on the date with which I requested. It was extremely inconvenient and when I displayed my disappointment to bunches, all I received was a dismissive responsive repeating their delivery options. Perhaps they ought to change their policy to, “it’s 50/50 as to whether the flowers will be delivered on the date you requested, try your luck if you like.” Will not be using again, and certainly will not recommend to friends/family/anyone I dislike.

The flowers I ordered for my friends 80 th birthday were in a very poor state when they arrived. Have used you before and always been satisfied. Not happy.

Very bad service. A day delayed even though booked in advanced. The quantity and quality was very poor. The cake was way too small.. very disappointed with the service

I received flowers from my sister and I was shocked that any florist would send out their product in such a dreadful condition! The flowers were NOT fresh!! The roses which were shown on the website as a lovely vibrant pink were dull with a greyish tinge and withered petals and the freesias which were shown as white were also partly withered and yellow/brown on the edges. I contacted the company who informed me that their flowers do have a 'dischevilled' look and that they leave the dead petals on the flowers to protect the others and they just have to be removed on receipt ! I have been sending and receiving flowers all my adult life and I have never heard anything like this, nor have I ever received flowers in such a poor state! I have been in touch with British Florist Association, to whom I sent photographs of the flowers. They were also shocked at the condition they were in. They confirmed that Bunches WAS NOT a member of the association. I am now corresponding with Trading Standards and will update my review on receipt of their reply.

I have used Bunches many times in the past, but unfortunately the quality seems to be reducing. My mothers birthday flowers were very dissapointing indeed. Some of the small roses arrived completely dried out and dead. The larger roses were all completely open and already past their best and only lasted 2 days before dropping their petals.

Not Impressed gave them 5 days to organise and deliver a bunch of Flowers and gifts to an 87 year old for her Birthday and they could not even manage that and that was after paying extra for guaranteed delivery. Would not recommend them and I would never use again, they should not promise what they cannot manage to do. Will be expecting a full refund when I contact them.

We did later amend this for you, however as the gift had already left us this can cause a delay on the gift being delivered. Flowers arrived dead after trip from Bolton to Oldham and back . Made many calls could not change delivery at weekend took 4 days to deliver. No follow up on email complaint.
