I ordered 5 days before I wanted them delivered so naturally you wouldn’t select next day delivery, the website lets you select a delivery date I selected mine then they weren’t delivered when I raised this issue I was told they can’t guarantee the day 97% of all orders arrive the following day ! So really don’t select the day you want select the day after (stupid) the person I sent the flowers to wasn’t in the following day which was Friday the flowers got sent to the post office and ended up there all weekend until the Monday when she could collect them and they were dead what a waste of money and completely ruined the whole point of sending a gift.

As you have already mentioned as advertised written underneath the calendar our free delivery service is not 100% guaranteed to arrive on the day of your choice and although your item was given 97% chance of arriving on the date requested at the time of dispatch we are unaware of which day between the two it will arrive on. Flowers were never delivered. I followed up and no ownership was taken. I am still waiting 're a response to my mail 5days later. Horrible customer experinece

Fast delivery and well packed, however, flowers lasted 3 days before they had to be thrown out, this is despite adding the preservative to the water. Very disappointing.

I was very disappointed with my order for a bunch of sunflowers for my daughter's birthday on 30 June. I had gone to considerable trouble to arrange this because of holidays. Having used Bunches before I was confident that everything would go smoothly. In fact, the flowers were not delivered until 1st July. Moreover, the arrangement was quite small and not at all as impressive as those in the past. A big let-down after the wait. I tried to phone but Bunches was closed Sunday afternoon. The following Monday I felt obliged to find an alternative birthday gift.

I recently ordered flowers for delivery to my wife on a Saturday. Unfortunately the flowers did not arrive untill the following Tuesday. When they did arrive they were in poor condition with missing petals and dried out.

My order I placed never turned up, when I contacted customer service I was told that they wouldn’t be able to track the package because of the type of delivery but if I leave it with them they’ll try and track the package?! This makes no sense to me as I’ve already been told the package is untraceable once it leaves the depot. I feel as if my whole experience with Bunches has just been more hassle than it was worth, especially when my order was a thank you gift.

I can see that you chose to use our free delivery service, unlike the courier options as advertised this delivery service is not traceable and is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 97% chance of the gift arriving on the day of choice. However if Royal Mail do fail to deliver any of our items we do investigate this matter further with their customer service team. I ordered flowers early in the week for a Thursday/Friday delivery. It is now Saturday lunchtime & still no delivery. The person they are for is now on holiday so by the time they are back they will be dead! Awful service! I’ve emailed customer service and even they can’t tell me when they will be delivered

I don’t like to leave reviews as sometimes things go wrong but I arrived home from work to find the box on its side in my drive way upside down, the water has obviously poured out the bottom & turned part of the flowers brown.

They have only lasted 4 days, they never really opened and were not very fragrant. I had treated myself and was very disappointed

Flowers not delivered on the correct date, even though the delivery date was accepted when I placed my order. Very disappointing I would certainly not recommend this company. No apology or reimbursement offered Very poor customer service.

I ordered on a Tuesday evening and your website asks you to put in your delivery date which I did. It did not explain that you guys dispatch the product within 24hour and delivery can take up to 48 hours!! It defeated the purpose of the flowers and was a waste of money. When I asked your team about where my delivery was they said they don’t know, that they had done their bit and dispatched it which I find to be incredibly poor customer service. Very misleading and not transparent from the very start of the sale process.

Delivery was two days late - when the flowers arrived they looked like spindly weeds and not at all like the photo on the website. Very very poor service and very poor products! Never use this service again.

I sent flowers to my wife and was extremely disappointed that they died within 2 days. They had looked like they were not fresh upon arrival.

Your delivery agent left the box containing the flowers outside a door that was not in use at the property in question- it would appear that he/she made no effort to alert the occupants of the property (an old people's home with many staff and residents) and had I not contacted the home myself, I imagine the box would still be where it was left. Likewise, had I not been at home to receive the emailed photo from the courier , the box would have remained unnoticed- not good enough service I'm afraid..

The flowers were left on the doorstep rather than given to my mother in law. Luckily a neighbour collected them as she’d had to go away suddenly.

Very poor-quality flowers and appalling 'customer service' and if I could have given zero stars I would have. EIGHT WEEKS AGO my sister sent me some Bunches flowers through the post as a lovely, unexpected gesture. However, the irises were dead within 2 days and the freesias didn't last much longer. I was SO disappointed and sorry that my sister had wasted her money. Bunches 'customer services' made a public show on Facebook by promising to resend flowers several times since, but nothing has been forthcoming. I feel they just did this for effect. They have now said they will refund my sister's money, but I won't be holding my breath, going on previous false promises. I certainly would not use Bunches again nor recommend them; in fact, I will be warning everyone I know not to waste their money on flowers from this company.

Ordered flowers on Thursday for Saturday delivery. No confirmation received, order didn’t show up on my account but money very efficiently taken from account. No flowers delivered. Contact only to be told they been dispatched so will arrive Monday - too late for the birthday surprise. Despite ordering in good time apparently delivery is not guaranteed (unless further fees are paid). Refused a refund as “the order is out for delivery”. It’s now Monday evening still no flowers. Basically I’ve wasted £26 on fresh air. Customer service very lacking and I certainly wouldn’t recommend or use this company again.

Hi Very disappointed as I ordered some flowers for my fiancé a week before our anniversary. I choose for them to be delivered on the day and they haven’t arrived yet.

Thank you for your review. I'm very sorry to hear that you are disappointed regarding the delivery service of your recent flower gift. I have taken a look into your order and can see that you selected to use our free delivery service with the Royal Mail. As advertised unlike the courier services we offer this delivery is not a 100% guarantee to arrive on the day of your choice. As this service can take place over a 1-2 day period there is a 97% chance of arriving on the day of your choice however with this service there is also a 3% chance of arriving on the second day. I can see that your gift was dispatched as requested on Thursday 21st for delivery on either Friday 22nd or Saturday 23rd June.
