The bouquet was well packed and presented. It was delivered on time. It was put a vase without delay and the sachet added. However, on sixth day after delivery, rose petals began to drop off and the base of some of the flowers turned brown also the leaves shrivelled. This was to celebrate a 50th anniversary and we were most disappointed. I probably will not use Bunches again.

Was very excited to see a £10 off offer for Bunches which is why I ordered some beautiful-looking autumnal roses for my mother from them. Very disappointed to hear they lasted less than a week, when 2 other sets of flowers she received that cost much less than the £15 I paid from supermarkets lasted twice as long. The leaves were painted red but the paint seemed really wet and immediately smudged the leaves, making look like the flowers had been accidentally dropped in a bucket of paint. I would have been furious if I'd paid £25 and asked for a refund, I'm still annoyed I paid £15 because the quality was a disappointment but at least I didn't pay full price.... and luckily my mum had some nice flowers from other people so she didn't go completely without!

It was the perfect gift for my wife, but sadly you didn´t deliver the cake that came with the flowers, a bit upset about that.

Quite a small bunch of flowers, nothing special. Even with a discount it wasn’t worth the money :(

Ordered a bunch of flowers. Unfortunately I was told on the Friday that the lady had moved house that very day. I rang up straight away and asked to change the address on the order and was told it was too late as order already processed. So it takes the flowers nearly 3 days in transit to get to the address? Customer services really unhelpful and will make sure I continue to order my flowers with Bloom & Wild from nowon, they are so customer focused and helpful. I ordered from Bunches as saw they had a offer on and it looked a good website but won’t be using again.

My freesias arrived a day after the anniversary. I don't think you accounted for the extra day needed to reach the Isle of Man. The flowers were not in water, most companies make sure flower stem s have access to water while in transit., so were starting to wilt. Happily they have revived and are still in bloom.

Despite placing my order some weeks in advance my friend's flowers did not arrive until two days after her birthday. Admittedly she was pleased with what she received but I was disappointed with the delivery.

Although I’d paid for a larger bunch of flowers, the bouquet that arrived seemed very sparse compared to the flowers pictured on the website. Will sadly look elsewhere next time I need a bunch. That said the few flowers that arrived have lasted a long time.

The delivery was made on time, the day we chose. Nevertheless, the bucket didn´t look as the one bought. It was supposed to have roses and freesias but it only had the roses flowered (the freesias where still without giving flower) so the bucket looked very poor just green and some roses.

All received in time. Not 100% happy because few flowers head was broken and bunches in real life looks much smaller then on picture.

I thought the bouquet looked a bit thin I think a bit of added greenery would have helped .

no tracking or confirmation email, just PayPal receipt. no way of telling if arrived without contacting recipient directly. checked with recipient and reports poor quality. massively disappointed as used before and were fab before. had to go and buy another bunch elsewhere to apologise to recipient for poor flowers.

The second time I have used bunches and disappointed on this occasion. The Flowers did not look impressive on delivery and lasted just 5 days. Having said that the previous order was excellent.
