Shoddy service. Whilst flowers were nice presentation left a lot to be desired. Arrived late despite paying extra for for guaranteed delivery date. Still waiting (almost a week) for a response to emails.

Thank you for your email. We are sorry you have been unhappy with our delivery service. After looking into this order we can see that a delivery was attempted on the date you requested, however the recipient wasn't available to accept the gift. The gift was then delivered the following day, as explained in our delivery terms if the recipient is not available the gift would be taken back to the depot after leaving a calling card. Wanted flowers delivered for 6th never got delivered tlll 7th wasn’t happy

Very disappointed with the flowers I had received, ordered a lovely bunch of confetti flowers not what I received (picture included) although good customer service, responded quickly and got my issue dealt with quick and efficiently.

Placed an order to find that the hospital do not accept flowers tried calling immediately to cancel when the phone was eventually answered the receiver was replaced immediately ending the call. Eventually got to speak to someone 2 hours later to be told it’s too late to cancel now & the order will be rejected by the hospital & returned to us & we will bin them. Checked with hospital over next 3 days still no delivery as we had arranged with hospital that when delivered they would keep them for us to take home 5 days later they were delivered very wilted goodness knows where they had been but it’s very clear they are aware that hospitals do not accept flowers so why do they not make customers aware before processing the order giving you the opportunity to cancel.

We do explain in our delivery terms that if you are sending to a hospital to check they do except flowers as some hospital now refuse them due to infection control. The flowers should have arrived within 2 working days so we are sorry to hear they arrived so late, although it was nice of the hospital to save these for you. Flowers arrived in box a lot of them where dead and had to b thrown out as this was a wedding anniversary present was very disappointing

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Ordered flowers at the beginning of the week for Saturday (my wife's birthday). It's 19:45 and still waiting for a delivery. My daughter's delivery has not arrived either. Not impressed as never been let down before. R Dodd.

FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED 1 DAY AFTER REQUEST FOR NEXT,I UNDERSTAND IT WASNT GUARANTEED BUT AS I WAS A FRIDAY,MY FRIEND DIDNT GET THE CARD TO SAY THEY'D ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER.sO THEY HAD TO GO TO THE PARCEL OFFICE 2 DAYS LATER AS THEY CLOSED SAT/SUNDAY,AND GOT THEM ON MONDAY.I WAS DISAPPOINTED AS IT WAS TO CHEER HER UP AFTER SHE'D HAD TO HAVE A SCAN FOR A SERIOUS DIAGNOSIS.BARBARA HART

I was very disappointed with the service and communication from Bunches. This was my first time ordering from them and will unfortunately be my last. The flowers were not delivered until 2 days after having placed the order and there was no communication from Bunches to inform me of this. They simply reply 93% do get delivered the following day but after having read many other reviews, it would appear this statistic is extremely inaccurate. They also only print positive reviews so very much doubt this review will be published on the Bunches page. However, it will be posted on alternative feedback sites.

Previously very happy with my orders but my recent one was not of the same quality. Flowers were not as fresh with one actually dead on arrival. A blip I hope... I did DM via twitter but no response after over a week.

Very disappointed with flowers. Looked nothing like they did in picture. As a man with very little knowledge of flowers this was unacceptable.

Despite stressing the required delivery date, flowers arrived a day late, spoiling my parents 60th Diamond Anniversary surprise. The daisies in the arrangement were wilting on delivery and the roses browning. The bouquet was largely made of leaves and was a disappointment. It compared very poorly to those of your competitors which are still in good condition, the Bunches delivery having been consigned to the bin.

My flowers arrived on time and my initial impression was that the colours were lovely. I was disappointed to realise that the leaves were not naturally red but had been painted however. Worse still, despite following instructions four of the roses failed to open and drooped within a couple of days. The freesias were lovely - they opened and smelled beautiful but otherwise a very disappointing bunch of flowers.

The order was delivered but returned to the post office depot for collection the next day - dead flowers arrived as a present . Not impressed. Their opinion was simply it was Royal Mails fault. I will not use them again.

I have sent gifts from bunches many, many times, however on this occasion ordered a bunch for myself, and was very disappointed with the bouquet I received. The flowers were a bit sad and lackluster, and the bouquet resembled a supermarket bunch, not at all special. I have some more orders planned, and hope that they are much better. I think my friends and family have perhaps just been polite!

Rung to say flowers I ordered we're not of good quality, so I said I'd liked any flowers to the value I ordered £25.99. flowers delivered we're cheap and not nice. Very disappointed!!!
