The ordering process was easy and the flowers came on time. There was a very good selection and I used a discount which was good. Unfortunately, after checking in on the receiver of these after two days, she informed me that despite her taking good care of them, as soon as they started to bloom, they shrivelled up and died. I was very upset at this news as they were bought as a present and I expected them to last a little longer for the price they are sold on the website. I have bought cheap flowers from local supermarkets that have lasted much longer. I am reluctant to order again from this website, as I expected much better quality for a special occasion.

Poor customer service. I asked about delivery and was told as I had not paid extra for a specific time slot they could only tell me it would be delivered within a 2 day time span!

Booked a Saturday slot and recipients said the flowers arrived early the following week. Missed the occasion (Diamond Wedding anniversary) so disappointed.

Flowers was ok but not the best presented bunch I have ever ordered. As for the chocolate lolly well that was a complete was of money for what it was. I will more than likely not order from here again.

Flowers ordered for my nieces 18th birthday in plenty of time didn't turn up till near 3 pm the following day. Poor service from Royal Mail so I hope this is fed back to them.

The flowers didn't look anything like they did in the picture and when I went to look on website after they had been delivered the flowers I ordered weren't on the website anymore

Sorry, but I am very disappointed. The flowers were ordered to be delivered on a Saturday when I knew someone would be in all day. However, delivery was not attempted until the Monday when there was no one at home. They were eventually redelivered on Wednesday by which time they were wilted and half dead.

Disappointed with the flowers that I had sent to my friend. All the flowers were fully open on delivery the roses brown around the edges, looked old and I know they wouldn't have lasted long. Wont use again, sorry.

The flowers were nice but a day late which is no good when you want them to arrive on someone’s birthday. It misses the whole point. Wouldn’t use again.

The flowers were for my brother who has been very ill. He sent me a picture of the flowers in a vase & they looked very sparse considering the price.

I've always been pleased with Bunches.co.uk in the past, but the most recent occasion left the recipient and myself disappointed. I feel using Royal Mail to deliver the flowers isn't the best option because instead of the postman leaving them with a neighbour when finding the recipient not home, he took them back to the depot where she was unable to collect them for 3 days. Needless to say, the flowers being in a box and not in water, left them in a very poor state when she finally got them, and only a few could be salvaged.

The delivery policy is that if the recipient is not available to accept the gift this will be taken back to the sorting office, after leaving a calling card that should be marked perishable. On some occasions if a safe place can be found to leave the flowers they may leave on the property, however this is at the discretion of the delivery driver. I have used Bunches on many occasions and have always found that the flowers remained fresh for a decent length of time. However, my recent purchase has left me really disappointed. One week later and the flowers are almost ready to be discarded. I paid quite a lot of money for the order and am sorry to say, very disappointed for the first time after several years of using your company. Regards Christine

We do offer a 7 day freshness guarantee with all of our flowers, however we do find our carnations do tend to last a while long. The bouquet of choice on this occasion contained roses which do not last as well as our carnations and Chrysanthemums. Disappointed. Bought the bouquet as a gift for my wife for Valentines Day. Arrived as requested on 13th. However, although trimmed and placed in fresh water with the 'feed' they had died within a couple of days. Could have been too cold in the post?

Delivered the item on time and packaging was great. The flowers were nice but for the price they charge not amazing. I ordered a valentines day card too. My god, this card was terrible. Firstly, the size and quality of the card was like something i could print at home! Worst of all on the back of the card they have advertisements printed on it to promote themselves. This valentines card was more like a promo card for themselves. Paid £2 for the card. My gosh, i mean who thought of that terrible idea. Make a customer pay for a card and then put lots of self promoting advertising print on the back of it. Pretty cheap and low of them tbh. Also not a card i wanted to give my wife out of embarrassment! Looked I got it for free. They should probably pay me for handing their business card out as it looked more like one of those then a valentines card.
