I chose Bunches because of the website photos showing Rainbow Galaxy in a faux milk churn. Apparently that is not what my sister got.

Ordered 20 long stem friesias, when they arrived there were only 17 and as they have now opened they look really disappointing, nothing like the picture on the website. Won't be ordering from Bunches again.

The delivery was made on 3rd September, when confirmation was given that it would be delivered for 90th birthday ON AUGUST 20th!!! I am not happy, paid my money and no explanation for the delay.

Thank you for your review. we are sorry to hear the flowers arrived as such a late date. We can see that you have been in touch with our customer support team and advised a calling card was left as the recipient wasn't available to accept the gift at the time of delivery. As this was a perishable item we would not have expected Royal Mail to attempt a further delivery at such a late date. We can see that a replacement has been arranged with our apologies. Not very good as despite an order done 11 days prior to a birthday the flowers still arrived a day late so sorry very disappointed in the service this time

very disappointed with recent order that was a birthday treat for my 98 year old mother. The carnations ordered were advertised has long stemmed although some were short also flower heads were small. Have been a long term customer expecting good quality product but on this occasion was not very pleased.

Very quick delivery. But by day 7 they had to be thrown away as were wilted and dead 🥀 When fresh were absolutely stunning flowers but only lasting a week is not worth the cost!!

Very disappointed. The diasies which were part of the bunch weren't looking good when they arrived and were dead within a day or two. The sunflowers weren't much better lasing about 4 days.

The sunflowers didnt come as pretty as they looked in the picture. They were wiltering and quite embarrassing to give to someone. Unfortunately what I thought would be beautifully presented sunflowers left me with disappointment. On a good note the delivery was good I asked that they be delivered by a certain time and they were.

I have used Bunches for several years but always sending flowers out, not receiving them myself. This time I had them delivered to my address as I did not have the recipient's address and was seeing the person in two days time. The flowers were dry, not in bud as promised, the card was bent and the greeting just bunched up with no spaces in the in the middle. Very disappointing. However, I was offered a replacement but it would have arrived too late so I accepted a refund instead. Delivery was fast and the staff very polite, apologetic and helpful but I am now hesitant to use Bunches again without seeing the bouquets first and will have to ask my friends what they thought of their gifts which will be a little embarrassing. Perhaps this was a one off, I do hope so!

Have used Bunches for years, this was the first time I had to telephone Customer Services - due to a computer glitch the order went off without an address? - despite having a few days before delivery was charge for delivery by Customer Services? not impressed

The flowers I ordered for my Mum (Fiji without vase) went black within a couple of days. She rang the number on the card to complain and was advised that they would send another bunch out. Unfortunately the replacement bunch were not the same flowers which was very disappointing for both of us.

Bouquet for my wife on our Wedding Anniversary delivered by courier to ensure they arrived fresh and on time. Quality and the amount of stems was well below price paid. Dissapointed.

The flowers delivered were lovely however the card wasn’t delivered or balloon that I ordered with it so my friend didn’t know who they came from which was disappointing however she loved the flowers, quick & easy to order, quick delivery to.

Very disappointed in state of flowers when they arrived - wilted, crushed and without any impact whatsoever. They were meant as a surprise present, but the effect was entirely the other end of the spectrum. Your packaging team needs to rethink how it sends fresh flowers, so that they are as fresh when they arrive as when you packed them.

Twice now flowers have been delivered that look like they have come from a petrol station. The second time this was reported to a inches no response was received. Will not be using them again
