Was disappointed with the small amount of flowers, if I had not paid extra for gypsophila it would have looked really insignificant. As it was for my Dad's 80th birthday I felt really let down.

I bought a flower and vase set. To be honest I wouldn’t order again. The vase was very cheap looking and the flowers didn’t look like value for money. Once bloomed, they lasted for about 4-5 days. Interflora may be more expensive but there’s a reason for it.

The flowers looked nothing like what we saw on the picture. They were pretty sad looking and a huge disappointment.

The bunch of flowers my friend received I could have paid £3 in Aldi for - nothing like the picture! I had a discount code and still paid £16. Not worth the money in my opinion xx

Very disappointed with size and quality of rose bouquet as per expenditure expectation. Very disappointed that delivery driver thought it was appropriate to leave very obvious box at front door with real risk of theft.

I have used bunches for years and always been really impressed with high quality flowers and service. However my most recent order less so. The recipient sent a picture of her flowers and to be honest although a couple of days after she received them the Alstroemeria looked ready to drop. She's too nice to say anything but I felt disappointed after such pristine flowers in the past.

The flowers were appreciated by the recipient, but delivered on the wrong day for a Birthday surprise. Very disappointed with this part.

Due to the festive season we were dispatching out gifts a day earlier to ensure gifts arrives safely due to the vast amount of parcels couriers were having to deliver on their busiest week of the year. Not happy at all. Its true what they say pictures are deceiving. looks like a big bunch of flower online yet when delivered it was small. Not worth the money at all.

Very poor delivery service as my recent orders were not delivered on time and one of the orders was left behind the garage. She was not informed of the delivery and only found the flowers by chance a week later! I have resolved not to order from Bunches anymore..

Flowers were sent promptly but the bunch did not match what was on the online picture with about 2/3 the number of roses as advertised.

The flowers when did arrive a day late for my mother’s 98th birthday were fine but it was very disappointing to receive late service.
