Ordered Mother's Day bouquet for Sunday. Didn't arrive until Tuesday. Flowers dried out and some dead. Really disappointed

Bunches took my money, have not delivered my mother Mother's Day flowers which aren't just late they still haven't arrived, and when I asked them how they are going to rectify this they responded by asking for a review of their service. Currently they have literally scammed me by taking my money and not offering the service they promised, or any service at all

Pretty disappointed, I live 250 miles away from my family, for Mother's Day I couldn't travel to see my mother, I ordered £30 worth of flowers through the website (on the Monday, arrived on Friday) and they arrived dead. Needless to say pretty annoyed as it was for a special occasion. Regards, Garry

Opinion matters obviously not. I complained which got ignored. Worse flowers you could buy, not even worth £5. Stay clear. Read reviews on Facebook etc. Terrible

I was not impressed with the flowers they looked nothing like the picture, I would not recommend use to anyone not happy plus i asked to be sent on the 6th I got them on the 5th when the person they were for was working

Delivery was excellant. However, the leaves of my flowers were bitten or torn a little and the bunch looked not fresh. It wasn't worth the money. Overpriced....You can get better flowers in Asda for only £10.00 !!!

I was very disappointed to see The tiny bunch of buds my mother recieved on Mother's Day ! They were just buds and looked nothing like the image that I brought I think they are miss sold and also it said they came With Belgium chocolates ??? It was a bag of chocolate buttons ffs ! Honestly I felt robbed the card I also paid For was just a silly One I think it's seemed to me like a con ... The Flowers came out about a week later and are nice but again nothing like the pic

I shipped two order to the UK for mothers day. Unfortunately the plant order was very disappointing and arrived wilted. My mum has watered it but she says it was not worth the money I paid. This will be the last time I order from Bunches.co.uk Gillian Adams Canada

Absolutely awful. The card came which was the size of my hand and the flowers was poorly presented. Will never order from here ever again.

I ordered these flowers for mothers day - they were around 20 pounds. My mother sent me a photograph of the "bunch", which in reality was about no more than a few measly stems. I was embarrassed & mortified when I saw what she had recieved. I'll probably not use this website again. Really disappointing.

The flowers my mum received for her birthday did not resemble the picture on your site at all !!!... in fact there were disgusting there was meant to be a small birthday cake with this order instead she got a bag of chocolate buttons which were discolored...after several emails i have been given a full refund but refused a replacement bouquet ...therefore i would not use this site again ...and advise others to be weary

What a shambles. Ordered flowers for Mothering Sunday on February 26th. Paid for Saturday delivery as in Northern Ireland you can't get Sunday delivery. Had a tracking message to say that the package had left Nottingham on Friday 4th March then nothing. Checked with Bunches; they said couriers office is shut so they didn't know where the flowers were; did I want a refund? This is Saturday afternoon before Mothers day and no chance of getting anything there for Sunday. Flowers eventually arrived Monday afternoon and the driver didn't wait and put them in a tree house in the garden. Mum then had to wait another day until a neighbour climbed up to retrieve them. Flowers wilted, Cake said Happy Mothers Day 2 days late. Total disappointment. Customer services just stopped replying.

I sent my Mother your Mothers Pride bouquet they arrived on the Wednesday and looked very sad and they were almost dead by Sunday. I have used your company many times and have always found it to be excellent. What went wrong? Very disappointed.

Have always had such a good experience with bunches and have used them a lot. Unfortunately this Mothers' Day has let them down. I paid extra for a mothers' day delivery but Mum still hasn't had the flowers!

Very disappointed!! Flowers arrived on time but were in poor condition & some of the flowers were already dead. Very disappointing as they were for Mothers Day.

Flowers sent to my mum on Mother's Day arrived on time but with many flower stems broken! Not sure about the reason for this but it did significantly spoil the message. Have used you before without a problem and hopefully this was a one off event

I was really disappointed with the flowers that my mum (who is in a hospice very ill) and my mother in law received for mothers day. As my mum put it they were spindly I could of bought better from the local garage. They were nothing like the picture on the web site even after 3 days in the warmth. I will not be using this website again.
