My Order of flowers to be delivered on Christmas Eve was postponed to the 28th.I know sometimes things go wrong but these were for a special present. Will still use as your flowers are lovely and good value.

Unfortunately two bunches of flowers had the wrong cards sent with them so my elderly relatives did not know who the flowers were from. Another bunch of flowers did not last very long. Some flowers needed to be removed as they were already past it, This was disappointing as they were expensive and I could have got a better bunch from my local supermarket for half the price.

The flowers arrived on time and in good condition but the box was completely smashed. Also, there was no card with message on it or even to say who they were from. The recipient had to call the number provided to find out who sent the flowers. Very bad service.

We had ordered 2 bunches to be sent to 2 different individuals. The bouquet we chose was so pretty with nice red flowers which was so suitable for Christmas. The picture I received from the bouquet sent to my sister was pretty much all white like a cold winter. Quite disappointed.

Flowers arrived as promised and were very nice. Looked just like the picture on the site. However I was disappointed to see they were dieing off after just one day. Heads wilting etc. I would expect better from a bunch bought in a supermarket. They guarantee a week of life minimum.

The bouquet was nothing like the photo. I was expecting roses in it and there were not any. in it. It contained white and red carnations plus lillies that hadn't come out three or four days later in a hot room.

Although the quality of the blooms was quite good I felt that the amount in the bouquet was meagre .I am basing my opinion on average supermarket flowers that I buy for an average of £5.

For £29 it was a very poor show of flowers, i am just pleased my partner ordered them and not me as i would have looked like i skimped on them,

The flowers received looked nothing like the picture shown on the website. The amount of flowers received were minimal and sparse. I won't use this site again. disappointing!

I ordered one bouquet for my sister, then another for my friend. The second one was confirmed so I ordered another for my sister this time being confirmed. My statement shows 3 bunches were ordered, despite still having 2 confirmed, I would have thought having still not having confirmation in my book only 2 were ordered. I would have thought commonsense would realise what had happened. I am 81 yrs old and even I would have least asked if it was correct got 2 bouquets to the same person.

Placed 2 orders to be delivered on the 23rd December but only one turned up, emailed bunches on the 23rd and they replied my order was to be delivered on the 24th but it never turned up

The convinience of this service is brilliant, but on the past 2 occasions of ordering from bunches I have found that the flower bunch sizes are getting smaller and smaller - for £10 I could go to the supermarket and get a huge bunch of flowers. On this occasion I am extremely disappointed that my mums flowers were sparse and poor.

When they were delivered the plants had fallen out of the pot and earth was every where. The recieptant thought they ere a rose brush she had ordered due to the poor display state they appeared in.

I have used Moonpig to send flowers many times in the past but this time you have let me down. I sent flowers to my ninety year old aunt and they were in the very late stages of bloom.some of them were already dead. This is not good enough as they cost a lot of money. I think the least you could do would be to send the recipient a fresh bunch.The recipient is MIss Isabel Keenan, 17 Ardmillan Road, Girvan,KA269EF, Scotland. Scotland.

I ordered a Christmas bouquet which was described as 'large' and 'luxurious' bit it was neither. The carnations are very ordinary and some are still to open after 10 days whilst the meagre stems of alstroemeria are already dropping. To be honest I could have bought better flowers from our local Lidl. I had to add to the bouquet to make it look reasonable. Disappointing from Bunches.
