Unfortunately the item I ordered and paid for on the 3/11/18 was not delivered. On investigation with Bunches on the 16/11/18 I was informed the item was not in stock and wouldn't be available until at least the 21/11/18. As this was to comfort a friend whose mother had died, this was unacceptable. Shame Bunches didn't inform me of the delay. In desperation I chose another product which was delivered the next day on the 17/11/18.

Beautiful flowers but they were delivered 2 days later than requested. 2 bunches of the flowers were a little droopy. I wonder if this was due to them being delivered by Royal Mail on Monday. Requested delivery Saturday. Had they been in a depot somewhere without water over the weekend? Little disappointed as Bunches flowers usually good quality and value for money.

generally the service is fine but with plenty of notice it would be very much appreciated if a delivery could be made prior to the date selected (event was for a sunday) rather than after the event.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you have been unhappy with our delivery. We do explain that gifts are sent out 1 working day prior to the delivery date with a 1-2 working day delivery when the free service is selected. We do recommend to upgrade to a courier delivery if guaranteed delivery is required. Another alternative would be to select an earlier delivery date to avoid disappointment. I ordered the flowers as a birthday gift for a relative who lives many miles from me. Although they were addressed correctly a card and the flowers were delivered to the wrong number in the correct road. The house they were delivered to is some way down the road and only due to the honesty of the person living there did my relative receive the flowers. I understand that once the flower were finally received they were of good quality.

I ordered 2 bouquets on line at the same time. One was for a friend who had lost her Dad, the other for a colleague who had just had a baby. One bouquet arrived on the day it was supposed to and my friend texted to say they were fabulous. Beautiful autumnual colours. The other bouquet didn't arrive on time. I visited my colleague the day after the flowers were supposed to arrive, and they hadn't. The following day was a Saturday, but in fact the flowers didn't arrive till after 1pm on the Monday. So they were very late. She said they were lovely but I don't know how they lasted. I did ring and spoke to customer services who offered, very kindly to send another bouquet but I said not to bother and I received £5 worth of posy points on my account. A bit disappointing that one bunch was so late.

Delivery was 2 days later than expected. Flowers very dry, they did come back after water. They were okay perhaps not worth the money I paid.

Flowers did not arrive on Friday as expected and so were delivered the following Monday by which time were not at their best. Parcel was put over fence not delivered to door. Disappointing

Message was missing and I was in the 5% whose flowers didn't get delivered on my chosen date. Contact via email with bunches was good and issues were sorted.

Flowers were beautiful when they finally arrived. Unfortunately they did not turn up on my chosen delievery date which was very disappointing. Good value for money as I had a discount code.

I used to send Bunches regularly but this was the first time in a few years. The postman knocked once but even though a person was 'in' he just put a card through the door saying "collect from main Post Office tomorrow" it was marked perishable. I persuaded the recipient to go down immediately to collect the flowers. She was glad she had because the roses were already well open. On the positive side the flowers were the lovely Autumn colours ad prescribed. I dont know if the flowers are still looking good, I do hope so.

In the passed they have been very good, but the last delivery had something missing! They did rectify once I complained but was also told they would give me posy points and never did!

The flowers looked okay, I only seen a photo as sent to a freind, but unfortunately didn’t arrive the day they were due to and I guess this had damaged them as they haven’t lasted very long at all. They are a convenient way to send flowers, but I will probably go back to useing a local florist
