Shocking mother’s day delivery. A few unopened stems. Even now open they look NOTHING like the photo when purchasing. Would not use again or recommend

Extremely disappointed. First time using Bunches and definitely the last. Arranged to send a not inexpensive bouquet to my 95 year old mother for Mother's Day. The flowers were left behind a wheelie bin at the front of her house,wedged against her front wall. She was not in- fair enough-but couldn't the flowers have been left with a neighbour? I was even sent a picture showing how the flowers were left- the deliverer seemed proud of how they had been left wedged between bin and wall ! Very poor.

I’m sorry to say I was very disappointed with both my order and customer service at the call centre. I ordered a bunch for mother’s day and asked for them to be left at her front door should no one be home. The were left in front of the building door outside in the street instead so she never received them. Customer service refunded me but my surprise was ruined. The woman I spoke to at customer service was quite sharp and rude. I then ordered some other flowers and the bunch received was tiny and pitiful. I will never be ordering flowers from Bunches again

Flowers not as looked on site and didn’t last long at all 4 days max that’s with ensuring had water and food ! Not happy . My mum was very disappointed with them , which upset me as they were for mothered day !

I ordered and paid extra for a Mother's Day bouquet and delivery . The flowers that turned were fine, except it looked like a £5 bunch . They also didn't turn up till 3pm !! I would not recommend at all , in fact have told everyone I know not to use them . I paid £50 and it looked like I had spent a tenner including the small box of chocolates . A complete rip off

Personally I was highly disappointed with this service I placed my order and then phoned your company telling you that the flowers were for my mother who had died a few months ago and getting delivered to my dads to put on her grave they didn’t turn up till 5.30 and could not delivered on the day hence wrecking not only my experience but my fathers day I will not be using you company again

Original bunch, for mothers day, arrived on the day but in terrible condition. Sent an email to complain (not usually the complaining type but expensive) got sent an alternative bunch a few days later, missed the original point of mother’s day, and they arrived with at least 5-6 heads falling off on arrival. Very expensive and very disappointing quality. Will not be using again.

Not very impressed. Flowers were for my mother-in-law for mother’s day. The display was nothing like the photograph on the website. Has lasted 1 week. Would not recommend. Expensive for what you receive.

The delivered flowers were nothing like what I had ordered mortified just looked likena cheap arrangement. Pathetic. Don't think I would order of you again will also be suggesting we yake you off our companies preferred supplier.list too. It was mother's day and you ley me.down.

Very disappointed, spent over thirty pounds on a mother's say gift what my mum got was dead tulips and a spray of freesias which could have been bought at a supermarket for less than five pounds.Would not recommend this company at all.

Never arrived on mother’s day like I ordered, 2 days later. The flowers were very sad as they had no water but had a full refund. I will not be using them again

I ordered flowers for mother’s day but they arrived dead and the image used was definitely not the flowers delivered on the day overall I won’t be ordering from this company ever again.

We have contacted our production team regarding this matter, and they have informed me that regrettably due to a poor batch of flowers received into our warehouse unfortunately we were unable to send out the exact flowers ordered. We do advise in our terms & conditions that in the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute any product with another type of equal/ or greater value. Awful. Would not recommend. The flowers that turned up looked nothing like the pictures. I selected “standard” size which was the size in the photographs so very misleading.
