The Unicorn Bliss display that I ordered was advertised as including Rainbow Gypsophila but these were missing from the display that was sent, and no explanation nor apology was given.

I have made orders from Bunches, and have always been pleased with the flowers ive sent. But my last order, wasnt what i expected. Seemed not a lot of flowers, as was my last orders.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. The flowers did not arrive on the day specified as for some reason they went to a different mailing depot. The flowers themselves were ok but not at there best. Overall very sad as these were a birthday present.

Was a bit disappointed with the flowers I ordered. I chose the sunshine delight bouquet with lots of yellow flowers for a friend who had just been discharged from hospital to cheer her up. What was received was not the same as the pictures online. There were lots of white flowers and loads of greenery with 4 small tiny flowers , looking more like sympathy flowers than cheer up flowers! Whilst the bouquet was nice, it wasn’t what I ordered. Really disappointed! Royal Mail didn’t help either as it was due for next day delivery but tracking told me the address was inaccessible! Funny how they received their mail from Royal Mail that day and every day but not the flowers. Obviously not Blooms fault for that but just added to my disappointment overall.

Very nice selection but disappointed as the roses included were already fully opened and turning brown when they arrived, and 1 out of the 3 peony’s never opened

Enjoyed the sunflowers, they always make you feel good. The other flowers lasted less than a week, which was a bit of a disappointment. Normally manage to keep flowers a minimum of two weeks.

The Royal Mail 24 service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 95% of gifts arriving on the date selected. I thought I would try this new company and was a little disappointed as the flowers started to droop after a few days (they were lovely when they arrived) I mentioned this on my review and was immediately contacted with an apology and replacement flowers were sent. They have just arrived and look lovely, can’t say how long they will last but the customer service for this company was fantastic ! Well done them

Flowers and delivery were excellent but felt short changed with only 12 freesias delivered when 20 should have been sent

I have used Bunches frequently and have always been impressed with their service and the quality and value for money. However, I was very disappointed that my last order, a birthday bouquet for my mother-in-law who lives in a residential home, was delivered a day late. This was particularly disappointing as due to the COVID restrictions we were unable to visit her in person on her birthday.

Disappointed. I planned ahead and ordered what i hoped would be a quality bunch. They arrived on time but were no more special than £5 Petrol station flowers that i could have picked up on my way home. Maybe i just chose the wrong option. They were bright and cheery and in good condition.

The recent flowers were sometimes they were excellant and a few times they were really bad. We did complain and the quality of flowers inproved. Delivery was good around the same time and date each month and the packaging was in good order.

unfortunately I have to say I was slightly disappointed but it was more to do with the delivery than the flowers themselves, although there were less than I expected they were beautiful however the box they were in was really badly damaged and they were delivered and left with the box upside down. not a great image when my agent received them

I paid for couriers service £5.99 and they sent the flowers on the wrong day 4th July instead of 5th. July! My sister wasn’t in but at least he left in secure place!
