I ordered an extra large bouquet and they just sent two regular bunches separately. Did not look nicely arranged in one vase would not say it was worth the £50

Ordered for the first time as was looking for a change from competition. Very disappointed with the value for money when flowers arrived. Would not recommend and buy again. Very few flowers for the price I paid.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I ordered flowers weeks in advance of a specific date and they were delivered a day late. The flowers were not in good condition as they had started to wilt.

The special delivery flowers for my daughter’s wedding anniversary did not arrive!!!! I will NEVER use ‘Bunches’ again!!!!!

Having ordered flowers to send to someone who had lost a child I completely regretted the decision to use Bunches. Despite being at home Royal Mail failed to deliver saying they had knocked and there was no-one there. The recipient has only just managed to get the flowers, a week later. Although some of them have survived some haven't. I contacted Bunches and was told by two people that there was nothing that they could do and that delivery men often just knocked the door rather than ringing the bell. As the recipient lives in a flat knocking a door on a different level of the building was unlikely to get a response, something you would imagine Royal Mail would have realised. I won't be using Bunches again and will definitely not be recommending them to anyone.

My Best friend was not home when the flowers arrived, they did eventually deliver to the neighbours, after my friend had to leave.

Lovely idea however the box was delivered damaged, two of the products from the hamper were damaged as a result of the bad handling. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed, I ordered as a sympathy to a friend, I realise it was to the isle of mull, but maybe a little note on your page explaining if wanted on one of the islands it is not advisable.

Unfortunately I was excited about these flowers as they were for my mother-in-law who lost her sister so I sent them to her as a condolence gift but when she received them and showed me a picture, I was in shock of how they looked nothing like the photo. No resemblance at all! Just looked like it was thrown together. Very upset about it.

Im very disapointed with these flowers i could get something similar from Tesco for a fraction of the price The next time i want something for a special person i will use the local florists

Recently sent flowers for my nieces 21st birthday and extremely disappointed in the quality. The flowers did not open and died within 2days.

Would not use you again as the order was not delivered on time. The gift itself was nice and the recipient was pleased with it.

Honestly, I wouldn’t order again. The stems came all closed and half of them were broken. Not worth the money in my opinion
