2 flowers came without there heads and the bunch lasted about 4 days...would not recommend 🤬🤬

Ordered flowers for my graduation, and had high expectations but the flowers were almost wilting by the time of arrival and looked nothing like the picture online (was very vacant looking, and didn't look as full or colorful). Because of this I had to buy additional baby's breath and roses to act as a filler. Was not happy but online it mentions returns are not accepted as the flowers are perishable, however they were already perished upon arrival. Will not be buying from here again.

I’m sorry to say that when the recipient of my gift sent me a photo of the flowers that I had ordered, I was really disappointed that they looked nothing like the bouquet that I had ordered.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. So disappointed the flowers I ordered weren't delivered until the day after I'd requested. Apparently you have to pay extra to guarantee that day delivery.

I ordered roses specifically for a friend and they sent crysanths a flower she doesnt like. When i contacted them no reply. I certainly wont use them again

I ordered chocolate truffles with my flowers and they were not included in the delivery. Will not be using again.

Was not at all happy with my dried flowers, for the price you are charging they are so not worth it, even with the discount and using my posy points £10+ ....was very disappointed

Sorry but flowers just did not look anything like picture either when they arrived or they bloomed! Hardly and flowers but lots of greenery!

Very disappointed ! Having spent £66 on sending a bouquet of orchids to each of my two daughters as a thank you. I have sent and received singapore orchids in the past and they have been lovely and lasted at least 6 weeks which is so wonderful about these flowers that they last such a long time. However when I visited her on Saturday just one week after receipt they have dropped right over and partly dead- before she threw them away i took a photo if you wish to see it i can send by e mail. Very upset.

Delivery arrived a day late, not on time for my mother's birthday. I was not told Royal Mail would take 2 days. There was no option for courier delivery. Packaging and flowers were damaged on arrival. Flowers were dying. Not happy, will not be placing an order again.

I ordered two bouquets of flowers to be delivered to two locations on 3rd October 2023, one arrived on 4th October and the second arrived on 5th October. When I called to complain the Customer Services stated that only 95% of bouquets are delivered on the specified date. Thinking before you order.

not impressed, the potted rose I bought for my partner's birthday dropped virtually all of its leaves within a few days of arriving.

Bought an autumn bouquet as a simple surprise for my mother, just to let her know I was thinking of her. The delivery stated it would happen between 5 & 6pm, which was a shame but worked, unfortunately the delivery person didn't knock or leave anything to say that they had been and simply left the battered parcel outside the porch in the rain. Consequently, my mother did not find the parcel until the following morning. Mum said the flowers were ok, although doing much better after a few days of care, not exactly music to my ears. Obviously the end of the shift time hindered a bit, probably didn't help the state of the box either being shoved around in the van all day. Would just be nice for someone to actually think, these have probably been bought to brighten someone's day so I could help that...... Like most delivery firms probably far too many to do in far too short a time, but isn't the point the experience that they provide and the message they give of Bunches as a brand? Hopefully it's clear the message I got. Won't be using again I'm afraid.
