Too expensive for the amount of flowers in the bouquet !!!!! Saw this for first time last weekend. Very very disappointed !!!

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Flowers didn’t last a couple of days They some some of the leaves was dying I know it can be difficult to copy but didn’t look nothing like the pictures was like a different bunch Overall Disappointed

Not a great experience- was a loyal customer but very little care over delivery for a birthday and misleading information given about when flowers were out for delivery

Our Tracked 24 service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 95% chance of gifts arriving on the date selected. I was not happy with the flowers when arranged in a vase they looked like a 3 pound bunch from a supermarket. I was going cto complain but decided not to use bunches again.

My recent order looked nothing like the picture I ordered from. There looked to be not nearly the same amount of flowers. I realise different vases were used but still I thought it was lacking.

2nd time I’ve ordered and 2nd time the flowers aren’t delivered on time. There won’t be a 3rd. After ordering I found they use Royal Mail who they admit are late 5% of the time And to guarantee on the day delivery you can pay even more delivery charge to use someone else. Not good enough.

My flowers were sent by a very special friend for sympathy as our beloved cat had passed away and I was devastated. The flowers were ordered immediately by her and should have been delivered Saturday. Unfortunately they were late for delivery only receiving them on Monday. My friend was very upset as these were to send a little bit of cheer at a very sad time for me. As they have arrived late I will not get the longevity of the flowers as is expected

Sorry wasn’t impressed this time . Obviously arrived in tight bud , but recipient sent me a picture and didn’t look like there were many in the bunch . Now they’re fully open she had to add to them 😟to fill them out .

Flowers arrived at 6pm on my mums birthday so she spent the day think I hadn't got her a gift. Also arrived in 2 separate small bouquets instead of one big one.

Kind of dissapointed how the flowers looked. I paid £40 with delivery And they looked really nothing special. Nothing like in the picture! Heights were uneven And very spar bouquet even though I ordered “large” size. I could have just went to sainsburys or tescos and buy the same flowers, combine them and have the same bouquet for £20 max.
