Very disappointed. The £20 bunch of flowers looked as though they had been bought from a Texaco garage forecourt and we're bent and broken. Flowers didn't arrive until after 3pm. Half the day gone and I had to tell my mum in the end that flowers are going to be delivered. Spoilt the surprise element. I wish I had gone to Morrisons and saved my money.

I would never use or recommend the company for flowers. I wrote a complaint at the weekend about flowers I ordered for my grans 85th birthday and I am still waiting a reply. The flowers were dead and for the cost the lack of flowers was shocking.

Dear Bunches, I've been ordering flowers with your company for some time now. Last week o ordered orchids for my friends. Today Isolde to her and she still didn't get the flowers. So it's very dissatisfied

Flowers sent as part their Mother's Day promotion arrived late and withered. Sent two emails to notify them but received no response. Sad as I've been a loyal customer up until now.

Good Morning Just had feedback from my mother-in-Law yesterday, mentioning her disappointment regarding the Mothers Day arrangement that we ordered for her. Apparently the flowers lasted 5 days, then withered and died. We always use Bunches for birthdays and other special occasions and they've always been very well received ! Really disappointed with Bunches. Ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day and paid £5.95 for delivery on Saturday 25th. The order never turned up and I was told that they didn't know why. The money was refunded, but Bunches were unwilling to send me my flowers. Really bad service and sadly I won't be using them again.

Very disappointed - flowers were finally delivered in bad shape almost a week late for bereavement anniversary. Very embarrassing. Called in, very little empathy and no follow up (reported 2 weeks ago). Never again.

I could have bought a bunch from the supermarket and probably posted them for less money and they would have been BETTER. Chocolate buttons? these chocs for an adult unwell lady.What an insult.Never again.I sadly ordered other flowers for a funeral in Chichester next week.Dreading what they are going to be like.They are for a 28yr old man who died form Sudden Death Syndrone. I am so so upset with your company

The flowers my mum received for her Birthday and Mother's Day combined looked nothing like the picture on the website. They arrived in a box although we paid over the top for a courier. The chocolates came in a net bag!

There was a problem on website when I placed the order, which resulted in my placing 2 orders within minutes. I phoned first thing next day to explain but as the flowers had been dispatched the only thing to be done was send one bunch back as they are delivered then I would be re I burned. The driver refused to take them. Leaving me very out of pocket

Worse flower delivery service ever. There was an issue with the form when I was ordering so the message I wanted in my card wasn't displaying correctly, I contacted them right away once the confirmation email came through (via email as I am overseas) & have still received no response to date. The flowers were delivered with only half a message so my poor mum didn't know which one of her children they were sent from! The quality of the flowers was also very poor. Then they had the cheek to send me an automated email asking for a review on this site! Order elsewhere!
