Flowers where of poor standard, bought for mum for mothers day, flowers looked more like weeds, very disappointed

Flowers were nothing like picture and bashed in the box. Some looked dead.

I ordered some flowers to arrive on Mothers Day and they arrived the following day. I emailed in on Monday and as of today (Thursday) I still haven't heard back. Very unhappy customer and disappointed Mum :(

The flowers delivered were nothing like the picture. They came a day early and were pathetic. I could of got a better bunch in the supermarket for half the price. Would not recommend this service.

I am sorry to have to write this But I was very upset at the standard of the flowers that was delivered and did not look anything like the photo on the internet Poor quality and was not worth to money Also the chocolates was not included in the delivery

The flowers were not delivered as specified on mothers day At extra cost of delivery I will be looking for a refund of this charge

I am very disappointed. I paid extra to be delivered to my sister's birthday and did not happen. Even she stayed home specially to wait the courier. I have sent an email to customer service and even today no one answered me. Later, my sister called them and I have promised to deliver the other day, which happened, but you forgot to put the chocolate (as it is written large on your site). This was the first and the last time I buy from you.

When the flowers arrived some were dead and the bunch looked nothing like what I ordered there was about five flowers in there was very disappointed

I ordered flowers for mothers day and for what i paid i was disgusted with what i received then they asked for my reference and then never got back to me. Never use them again.

So small could have purchased same bunch for £5.99 at a supermarket instead of £28 with bunches! Some flowers also way past their best and dying! An embarrassment. Complaint emailed but no response received.

I was promised morning delivery and paid the extra money to guarantee the delivery, then, when it was too late to make other arrangements, I was told that it would be delivered 'sometime' during the day, focing my 88 year old mother to wait at home all day. The delivery company had problems but instead of Bunches making other arrangements with other delivery firms they just sent a 'sorry' email. This is totally unacceptable and hence I will never use your company again, I just can't trust you!

My sister and I are currently both studying in Australia and ordered these flowers to be delivered to the UK on Mothering Sunday. In an email I received, it told me that on the morning of Mother's Day, I will receive an email giving me a one hour time slot to when the flowers will be delivered. I never received this email and so I notified my family (except my Mother as this was a surprise). The flowers didn't arrive until 9pm. My Mother was so upset thinking that we hadn't thought about her and it made both myself and my sister feel dreadful. If I knew the flowers weren't coming until 9pm then I would have never had ordered from you in the first place.

Never again will order from this site. The flowers that I payed for Mother's Day were disgusting. They looked nothing like the picture off the web site. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. No reply to My email complaining either.

I have bought various bunches of flowers and are usually of a high quality but the bunch i recieved for my wife on mothers day was terrible. They came squashed in a box more than half were dead and the card was cramped in with no care taken. Even the cake that accompanies it was all broken. I must admit i am very dissapoint as held this place in high regard an fell it may be my last order.

Very disappointed with the bunch of flowers. My sister got my mum an £8 bunch of flowers from the local supermarket and they were bigger brighter and better quality the the £32 bunch I purchased from your selfs I wouldn't not buy from you again

Absolutely shocking arranged flowers for mothers day for my partner we have a 5 month old daughter so it was my partners 1st mummy day & it was dreadful the flowers were in a shabby shape just totally disappointing would t recommend using bunches ever again

I ordered extra large bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day and paid £37.95 including delivery and when I saw them was very disappointed and not worth the money!!!

The bunch of flowers was very small. It looked bigger in the pictur. I followed instructions on card but the flowers started dying the next day. Unhappy customer. Will not be buying flowers from here again. Feel ripped off
