The flowers did not arrive until late evening, The driver left them by the door and legged it so we do not know what time they arrived. Mother was long gone.

Delivered flowers on wrong day and flowers were small bunch - nothing like what it said and looked like online.

As advertised this delivery can take place between a 1-2 day period. Although we are aware of this period we do not know which day out of the two that the gift will arrive on. We do offer a guaranteed delivery to arrive on the day of our customers choosing for an additional £5.95 or £7.95. I ordered some flowers for my daughter's 50th birthday. I was horrified when I arrived at her home and saw this very sad looking bunch of flowers which were wilting and leaves dropping. I told her to put them in the dustbin because I felt so upset everytime I looked at them.

Shocking service. Flowers did not arrive on selected day. When I rang to complain they tried blaming it on the address. Luckily I got a refund and was able to order from my usual and more reliable company. Will not stray away from Marks and Spencer again after this incident.

Order not delivered within the 2 day delivery promise so not received in time as a gift. It was therefore not accepted on late delivery and was returned. I am still awaiting a refund after having been in touch via email and frankly being ignored. Would not recommend this company.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 13th April as a birthday surprise and they have not been delivered and no explanation given! Would like to know what happened and what they will do about it?,

Thin stemmed tulips yellow leaves not green and dead other white flowers wiv dead bits in Also no writing on card i pd over 2 pounds for my auntie didnt know who they were for terrible auntie was upset shes 87 yrs old and i wanted to cheer her up .

Birthday flowers on Thursday before Easter. My friend was out so there was no delivery. I asked that they should deliver to a neighbour but that will not happen now until Tuesday after Easter. I guess the flowers will be dead by then.

Very diasapointed with the flowers which were ordered not as described as in the photo some of the flowers missing from that in the photo I have sent a email of complaint won't be ordering again

while placing an order for my boys mums 30th bday I was given the option of what delivery day I wanted, along with free Royal Mail delivery. The day before her bday my boy rung to say they'd turned job inryng customs rsevlrvices and was told 'we'll we can't promise what day as you chose Royal Mail and that's a two day service. I argued that even my confirmation email stated delivery on a chosen day. I was asked to email a this over to him and he'd get back to me. This was last Tuesday 11/03/17 and I'm still waiting for a reply. On this experience I will not be using your company in the future

My mum and I have used Bunches on numerous occasions and have always been happy with the service. However, this last experience has been very poor indeed. I ordered a bouquet on behalf of my dad (for their 40th wedding anniversary). The bouquet she received was very poor and so she rang to complain. The following day a replacement bouquet was sent but still was not up to standard. Very disappointing and we shall not use this company again.

Flowers ordered for friends birthday on 11th April have not arrived yet. So disappointing as I paid for courier delivery. Have been in touch but no date given.

My daughter ordered a bouquet for us for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. When it arrived on Wednesday ( 12/04/17) it was AWFUL. I phoned to express my dismay as I have used Bunches several times in the past. Another bouquet arrived today - equally disappointing! I shall certainly NOT be recommending BUNCHES to anyone in the future. We have received numerous bouquets for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary from INTERFLORA, TESCO & SAINSBURYS which knock spots off BUNCHES & for less money. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED as we used your company initially on recommendation from Nigella Lawson.

I ordered an orchid which looked very nice in your advert. When it came l was so disappointed l sent it back. Bunches refunded me the cost of the flower but l am still waiting for the £8.95 postage.
