For the price I received the smallest box of chocolates, a very very small bunch of flowers that the buds had already started to open

I paid nearly £40 for a bunch of flowers that didn’t look anything like they did on the website and were far smaller than expected. I will never purchase from this website again.

Arrived and lovely but certainly NOT in bud. Wondering how long they will last! I am the reprecent.

Not all bad. The delivery was as requested. The recipient of the order was disappointed - I think the photo of the item was misleading, making the goods appear more than they actually are. The item was overpriced for what was in it.

The flowers were good but there was no card attached so the recipient had no idea who they were from.

The last couple of orders with you have been quite disappointing in terms of quantity not as the the pictures on your web site wher orders are made..

The flowers were wilted on arrival And not so many as the picture mislead

My mother in laws the bunch of flowers she received for mothers day were not very satisfactory as they were limp and quite closed up.

The flowers were delivered on the day expected Saturday 10th March in readiness for Mothers Day. They were put into water and instructions followed in terms of cutting stems and keeping in cool room. However both the flowers and the leaves faded very quickly. By Tuesday they were wilting and by Friday had to be thrown away. We buy fresh flowers on a regular basis and have always been pleased with longevity etc. We have previously purchased from all different suppliers both florists, supermarkets and M&S and never had problems, even with Moonpig.com. However this is the first time we used Bunches, which were more expensive and much poorer quality and lasted such a short time. Would not recommend.

I have used bunches a lot over the years and unfortunately it seems that your standards are not what they used to be, flowers seem to be in very poor condition having brown edges to them and lots of heads either missing or falling off, this combined with the withdrawal of the bag of free chocolates that used to come with them has meant I will be looking elsewhere in future

After using Bunches in the past and always being satisfied I ordered some flowers for Mothering Sunday and paid an extra fee for a card. After speaking to my Mother earlier this week she said the flowers hadn't recovered from their journey in the post very well at all, and she'd had to dispose of some of them and that she thought the card to be of poor quality. I've since seen the card and I agree with her. Not what I've experienced from this company in the past

My sister only received the flowers on Monday and in someone else’s office :(delivery was set for Friday Plus I had asked that they contact her which they did not do I live in South Africa and would love to spoil loved ones overseas with flowers and gifts but the service really disappointed me

I have sent numerous e-mails regarding the very poor quality of the miniature roses sent for mother’s day to my mother in law all of which have been ignored. I have used Bunches for years and regard myself as a very good customer so to be ignored has been very disappointing. The roses arrived mostly dead which as they were for mother’s day was extremely upsetting. I hope this will be acknowledged and not ignored!!!

The postal service did not heed any of the information I gave and the flowers were not delivered until two days later. This was after complaints mad via email and phone calls. The flowers were not as numerous as expected, but they were however, very beautiful, once they had a good feed. Thank you

I used to use bunches alot and was always really impressed. I decided to use them again for mothers day but I was really disappointed to see that there are no longer free chocolates included and the price has increased

I've used Bunches for several years but Mothers Day was such a disappointment. I ordered a plant in a zinc cup and saucer and mam got a pink watering can. How can that order get mixed up!

Why show possibility of next day delivery if you can’t? Requested delivery on 7th. Flowers arrived13th not in very good shape. Post code had been incorrectly put down so no idea where they’d been. Very disappointed. PS normally such good service

It was not worth the price for £20 the flowers were lifeless and squashed and the cake was cracked.
