“Flowers left in porch not next door as instructed and was hot weather - my second try First experience in April was same and had to ring my elderly mother as unaware had been delivered and a frost due that night”

“The box was damaged but fortunately the flowers were ok. We paid for courier delivery and so perhaps they should be more careful. Nevertheless, the recipient was very pleased and said the flowers looked lovely.”

“I was notified in the morning when the flowers were being delivered the time was correct as the delivery arrived within the hour time span. Unfortunately the box was badly damaged and this was very off putting for the person who I was sending them too. Fortunately the flowers inside could be used”

“I'm writing just to say giving these orchids another try, as have had them before from you, as you will see, but last time was the first that they didn't last very long , and usually do, so fingers crossed, your service is great, the flowers have been fine so far, thanks for your service, I know flowers don't last toooo long, but know these do, take care, oh the ones that didn't last, didn't come with the little individual plastic water containers attached, an error I guess, they were the ones before this last order.”

“I bought flowers from bunches twice, and the delivery were late twice. The recent delivery were two workings day later than I scheduled. Probably it will be my last time ordering from bunches. But the flowers were beautiful and it lasted at least three weeks.”

“Have been using you for about 20 years but thought that this bunch of carnation were not up to standard. I presumed that 12 stems meant 12 carnations and not 9 and three bits of purpke foliage. I did put instructions to leave with myself as these were for my neghbour , but I was lucky enough to intercept Royail Mail but no other instructions appeared on the box. They should been delivered between 10.30- 2.30 as per previous day email but they were not delivered until 4.30 pm......not your fault I understand. I just thought the overall package looked quite sparse and not really worth the money....the box unfortunately did not go through the letterbox”

“Flowers turned up fast no problem with delivery but the bunch I received did not represent £24 (£3 for delivery made it £27 in total) worth of flowers in my opinion. I could have spent £8-10 at a supermarket for the same amount if I am honest.”

“Not happy as they arrived LATE I paid extra for DHL to deliver rather than Royal Mail. Very small print saying might not deliver on chosen day so I can not claim my postage back. I'm not sure what they look like as the lady that received then hasn't sent me a photo. Which is odd as she has always sent me pictures of other flowers I've sent her from other companies so I'm guessing they're not so good”

“Order number: 11690576 The flowers arrived on time and in good condition however, although the flowers were what I'd ordered, there's no way they will look like the photos on the website. There doesn't seem to be as much greenery (eucalyptus?) as in the website photo.”

“Iv used bunches for a while now. I ordered a pink rose in a pot. When it arrived it didn't look like the picture. I paid £22 for the plant to be sent, I could have bought the plant for less than £10, I was very disappointed”

“I chose the florists choice of blooms to send to my friend. She was pleased with them and sent me a photo. I was a bit disappointed when I saw the photo. Considering I'd picked the upgraded bunch instead of the standard I thought it pretty mean and cheap looking. This is the second bunch I've sent in two weeks I didn't see the first one which was even more expensive I hope thet looked better than these! Not really very impressed. However the ordering and delivery was excellent which is why I've given 3 stars.”
