“Easy to order, good value...or so I thought. There was about 6 flowers (carnations) in the bouquet and a couple of stems of gypsophila. My mum did like them though and they were quality. But was quite expensive what it was and I probably wouldn't use again.”

“The photos show lovely full bunches of flowers but all the flowers in the photos have been arranged at the front of the vase so they look much fuller than they are. They looked a little mean when my recipient sent a photo. However, delivery was speedy and accurate.”

“Ive received flowers from bunches before and they were always lovely so i decided to use them to send flowers to my daughter for her graduation. Sadly they were not so good. The leaves went brown and some of the heads didn't open properly . I know it can be difficult with flowers through the post but i would've expected them”

“Flowers were lovely but very disappointed with the delivery as they were just left in the front garden as the recipient was not in . This was not acceptable as it’s on a main road and highly likely that the flowers could have been stolen which has happened before. It’s for this reason I would not use Bunches again. Btw I paid extra for courier service too!!”

“Know it's hot but when you choose florist choice deluxe you expect a nice Bunche of flowers but I was disappointed with my sisters 70 th birthday surprise the flowers were brown on some of them the last time I used bunches I complained but got no where so I thought I'd try again but was even more disappointed but what's the use of complaining when no one listens”

“When trying to pay for my purchase my details were rejected as incorrect several times. I tried frustratingly to get the system to go ahead but in the end, started the whole process again. This time it went through but even though I had not triggered |"purchase" (or at least not knowingly) at my first attempt it also went through. This meant two identical bouquets were sent to the same address on June 7th with similar messages on my behalf. So I fault the system of payment for not being clear enough thus provoking my error and also the florists at bunches who could have checked with me to find out if I really wanted duplicate bouquets sent. I would value your feedback on this. By the way, I shall not use Bunches again because I am very wary of their system now. Thank you”

“Flowers arrived a day late. Clearly had been getting warm and foilage was brown and crispy as were roses. My sister, the sender, complained and another bunch was received today. However these were left on a neighbours doorstep for most of the day. Totally incorrect delivery address - not even the right side of the road. Content were fresher than first delivery. I thought the whole idea of letterbox flowers is they fit through the letterbox!!!”

“The purchase and delivery was excellent and worth 5 stars, however my rating is lower because the flowers did not look as full as advertised in the photo online. I was disappointed with that even though the flowers were very pretty.”
