I especially ordered "Fragrant fresias. 8309039. They had no scent at all. Great disappointment.

The flowers did not arrive until after the weekend, therefore the flowers were not received in time for a birthday. Very disappointed. When I contacted you and asked to locate the flowers I was told this is not possible.

We ordered flowers for International Women's Day for my mum. We paid extra for a Sunday courier but the flowers never arrived. They sent me various emails confirming the date and time of delivery, and then they sent me a final one that very day saying :"Sorry we missed you". There were two people at home all day and, furthermore, they didn't leave any calling card like they stated they had. The flowers arrived the next day when NOBODY was at home (which they stated they couldn't do the previous day as usually they try to find a safe place or leave with a neighbour). Fuming, worst flower service ever. Will never use again 0/10

Was taken back to depot as wasn’t in and couldn’t get them till 2 days later even though I said leave on step if not in! And I ordered the extra large flowers as didn’t get what was stated and a pathetic little bunch with no butterfly as stated! Will not order again

I ordered some flowers for my Mum's birthday on 16/5/18 and paid for a courier to make sure they arrived on the day. My Mum is an elderly widow who lives alone. I received an email from the courier to say they couldn't deliver them on her birthday because no one was in and they would try the next day or send them to the postal depot. As I live in NZ I contacted my brother who told me that my Mum had been in all day on her birthday and family had been there most of the day. I do not believe the courier even tried to deliver. In fact they brought them the next day and dumped them on the doorstep without even ringing the bell and could have been there for days if my brother hadn't called in again the next day. I am not impressed by this and the flowers were wilted. They cost the equivalent of half a days pay so I was hoping for more. Also no point in sending lovely flowers if no one wants to deliver them. You need to sort this out.

Dreadful poor carnations, tiny and nothing like the picture .. I wrote to say so and was treated like a moron telling me they would open up.. No they will never be what the picture shows.. Im 65 and they were a birthday present.. I do know what a decent carnation looks like ..

I have been ordering from bunches for a few years now, always to be thanked by the recipient for the ‘beautiful flowers’ . I visited my aunt yesterday & she had received her birthday flowers a day early, which isn’t a problem. Both my self and my sister asked if she had split the bunch of flowers into 2 vases as the vase we saw was sparse...she advised us that was what she had received. To say we were shocked is an understatement, I can only presume our other recipients were being polite as the bunch was I would say worth maybe £6, £7 in a shop & we were charged £22.99....I will never order from bunches again

The flowers were not received the following work day (ordered Wednesday night, arrived Saturday morning) which I am aware is not 100% certain, however if this is the case I would expect precautions to be taken so that when the flowers do arrive that they are still in good stead. They were wilted with petals dropping off. Extremely disappointing as they were for my mum who is poorly. I also emailed you to tell you this, and have yet to receive a reply. Not impressed with the flowers or the customer service and will not be using again.

My flowers arrived bone dry and dying 3 out of 4 sunflowers were virtually dead on arrival. Within 3 days the stocks were also dead and several roses . 3 days. I phoned and was told by a lovely customer service lady they would send out more flowers immediately but they may not be the same bunch. I was grateful and praised the service. However today a meagre bunch of chrysanthemums arrived with one lily. My daughter would never choose these as she knows how much I hate chrysanthemums and will not have them in the house. On your site I cannot even see any for sale. I feel this is not an equal exchange and a very poor service.

My son ordered flowers for his mother to arrive on 13th may He paid for garuanteed delivery We waited till 5pm,then had to go to my daughters for my wife’s birthday tea We came back at 7pm I texted my son this morning To tell him flowers never arrived He told me to check back garden And there was the box with flowers Which had been out all night A simple card through the door would have saved the day My wife was disappointed not getting her flowers from her son Order no 8297669

I have taken a look into this and can see that as you have already mentioned that DPD chose to leave your item save behind your gate. We are made aware that if there is no one in at the time an attempted delivery has occurred we are assured by the driver that a calling card would be left for the recipients attention and so we do sincerely apologise that this was not the case. My flowers were for my daughter at her place of work - a primary school in a village where the children are picked up by bus at 3.35pm - there are staff on the premises for at least half an hour afterwards. When DPD sent the message they would be delivered between 3pm and 4pm I decided I would give new instructions to have them delivered to her home ( in the same village - different postcode - I provided both !! ) then at 3.35 I had a message saying they could not delivered as there was none at the original delivery address - no mention of the new one. This was suppposed to happened at 3.30 !

Firstly the delivery courier did not observe my instructions on where to leave the package on my absence, resulting in a delay in my finding it. Secondly the flowers were of poor quality, the irises did not open out and not all of the freesias did either. Customer services were fair though giving me a full refund.

I ordered a bouquet for a friend who needed cheering up. Unfortunately, the Post Office were the chosen carrier. I included a note on the flowers to say "to leave with a neighbour if recipient was not in". However, the Post Office disregarded the message and after trying to deliver 2 days in a row, they took them to their depot. When my friend finally picked them up the flowers were dead! An absolute waste of money, but more importantly, what should have been a fabulous surprise turned out to be a massive disappointment. Why do you use the post office? I messaged the company who, on the original order stated they would be delivered within 24 -48 hours free delivery option. Big mistake by me. Your company, big mistake by offering free delivery when this has in fact not happened. With hindsight, I wish I'd sent my friend a voucher for a local florist to choose the bouquet herselfof freshly cut flowers. Never again. Please stop using the Post Office! On a positive note the company responded to my concerns promptly when enquiring where my delivery was, until they received my message to say the flowers were dead when finally picked up! No response.

I could imagine the service and product is excellent but unfortunately for me the items where sent the address next door and the neighbors kept them and didn’t give them to the person I wanted, I suppose it’s the thought that counts anyway
