Bouquet looked weedy and thin.Have used Bunches before without a problem but not this time.

The flowers were very sparse and have not lasted well. They equated to a £2 bunch from the local Supermarket, except they haven’t lasted anywhere near as long as Supermarket ones do! The Choc Cake was OK but certainly not what we had hoped for. Sadly we will not be using this service again!

For £20 I would expect a large decent bunch of flowers but instead I ended up with a bunch no bigger than the size of a saucer. Very very disappointed

I sent the order two weeks in advance for a funeral to be delivered before a set time on a particular day: they arrived two hours late. I have emailed with a query, no response, no apology - nothing. Yes, very very poor in my opinion, and I will never use them again onor could I ever possibly recommend them to anyone.

If there was 0 stars it would’ve been given, the worst bunch of flowers ever received bought them for mother’s day but they looked like weeds picked out of a garden I was disgraced. FALSE ADVERTISING comes to mind as pictures looked amazing final result was shocking to say the least!!! Don’t buy from here you’ll regret it

Flowers delivered on Tuesday , Rose hand tie with Rattan surround . Flowers were somewhat damaged and by Friday despite following instructions etc were dropping petals and drooping , had to throw them out .

I expected the flowers delivered by someone handing them not them being sent in a box. Most the flowers were dead. Instead of sending me one big bunch that i purshased, two small ones arrived in the unexpected box. Never buying from here again!

The recipient was not home. A 'sorry we missed you' card was left with no other information so she was unable to track the delivery or go and collect it from anywhere. No second attempt to deliver the flowers was made. I was given no notice that the delivery hadn't arrived, and given it was a surprise (as majority of flower deliveries are), the recipient couldn't have known to tell me it hadn't arrived. I am still unaware as to what happened to the flowers and champagne and I am VERY disappointed in this service. Definitely will never use this service again.

I was horrified to see the pic of the flowers I sent to a friend to congratulate her and her fiance as they'd just got engaged. There were only 12 stems instead of the 21 stems that it states on the website. They were the iris and freesia flowers,money down the drain! It was a very bad experience and an eye opener,my first ever online order for flowers,never again!

I sent the iris and freesia flowers to a friend and they arrived yesterday. She's sent me a photo of them just now,they're meant to be 21 stems? Well I counted the stems from the pic and I can honestly say there are just twelve stems there. What a rip off! It was my first ever oder that I placed on line for flowers too,very disappointing. I read good reviews so what happened there?

I have been a long term satisfied customer but on this occasion the tulips delivered to family and friends were disappointing. We had to throw them away by Good Friday.

Very poor flowers about £5 worth from any where and they was dead within 4 days won’t be ordering again I ordered for my aunt that’s got turmanel cancer and was having treatment to prolong her life so was very disappointed with the little amount and how little life in them

I ordered flowers and a card for Mother's Day and the card didn't show. The Bunches team apologised and said they would re send the card but when it turned up it was the standard card and not the one I ordered plus it didn't make it there for Mother's Day. Deeply dissatisfied with this service!

It was my thirst experience and the worst . I ordered flowers for my daughters 25 birthday . The flowers arived the day before not the day I ordered . She picked the flowers from post office just after weekend and whey looked absolutely different and very cheap.

Look nothing like in picture, very scraggly and squashed. Had to apologise to mother in law, quite embarrassing. Save your money, my own flowers from lidl are better! Very dissatisfied.

Valentines flowers didn't turn up,your excuse? Oh sorry we had it for March 14th, then my birthday flowers 27th March failed to turn up the excuse this time , there was a glinch in the system. I wonder if you realise how upsetting it is for both me and my husband? I wouldn't have given you a second chance but rest assured there will be no third chance.
