“Ordered chocolate and requested it to be handed to a person. Instead, it was left next to a recycling bin, where it was subsequently taken from. When notified customer service, they did replace it nor provided a refund.”

“Mothers day flowers arrived on Friday, leaves were already turning yellow. Dead and out with the rubbish on Tuesday 2 days after Mother's day.”

“I would like to express how very disappointed I was at the flowers that were order!!! I could clearly see by the pictures sent to me, there is no comparison!!! These were sent to a bereaved family. “I recently ordered some 'letterbox flowers' for a friends birthday. The delivery was very quick, however the quality of the flowers were absolutely awful. I was actually embarrassed when my friend showed me a photo of what had turned up. Will not be ordering from here again. Avoid!”

“Terrible! Ordered a bunch of flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. Never used bunches before but had high hopes because the picture on the website looked lovely and being they're a well established name I was confident the flowers would brighten up my mums day. After just loosing her mother/ my nan a few days before I thought this would be greatly appreciated. The flowers were three days late so arrived well after Mother's Day and most of the flowers were dead in the bone dry box which considering the recent events was the worst possible outcome. Ruined Mother's Day for my mum and me. Bitterly disappointed, won't be using again!”

“I have no idea if this order was even ever delivered it didn't make it in time for the funeral u know that And under the circumstances I don't want to question the receiver. But as I haven't heard I'm assuming they were not even delivered!!”

“Ordered flowers for Mothers day on the Thursday, with a Saturday delivery slot. Flowers arrived on Monday half dead due to no moisture in the flowers. I would have thought if the flowers were going to be posted out, there would have been some method of keeping them hydrated. I went out to the local co-op on Saturday night so my wife would have some flowers on mother's day. The flowers from the supermarket lasted longer than the flowers at three times the price from bunches! Definitely not impressed with the service.”
