Usually happy with Bunches service but something went wrong here. Flowers did not arrive on agreed day and by the time the recipient got them two days later (an 80 year old having to travel 7 miles to collect at main Post Office as the redelivery offered was 3 days after initial date), many flowers were dead or past their best. Not Bunches finest moment with us.

My last order. Recipients claim the house was full and they didn’t hear the door when delivery arrived, to find a card for the flowers to be picked up. This is now taking forever cause the family is busy and it’s inconvenient for them to go out of their way to pick up the flowers.

Received some flowers as a birthday gift and looking on the website to send some to someone else I hadn’t received the full bouquet so no wouldn’t recommend or use

I usually order flowers for delivery out of town through Next or M & S but this time as my relative lives in Kirkham (I live in Hull) I thought I'd use a local firm in Kirkham but I was disappointed to find that to ensure the flowers were delivered on her birthday I had to pay £5.99 delivery & also £1.50 for a card. All in all more expensive than either Next or M & S. Sorry I wont be using you again even with 10% discount.

Our free delivery service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery and our flowers are sent via Royal Mail. We do offer a courier service to arrive on a secured date, however this service comes with an additional charge. We do provide a free gift card with all of our arrangement, if an upgrade to an occasion card is required this comes with an additional charge of £1.99. I feel somewhat bad giving a poor review as service was actually pretty good as were the little extras. I feel i have to give the bad review for the flowers as they were my main priority. The flowers came very wilted and squashed inside a cardboard box. Very poor quality flowers.

Flowers were totally disappointing for the money! Smallest bunch I’ve ever seen, it look insulting and I was embarrassed for the recipient

I have always be very pleased with Bunches and always given a good review unfortunately in this instant I am not pleased! I ordered the flowers to be delivered on the22nd of May on recieving this review request I looked at the confirmation only to find you had delivery down for the 8/5 dont know how you could have delivered then because there is no one at that address until 21/5 I hope to goodness this is a mistake on your behalf.

I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday on Monday 29 April for them to be delivered on her birthday on Saturday 4 May. They didn't't arrive and when I rang Bunches on the next working day (Tuesday 7 May) I was told they would probably arrive that day at the latest. They actually arrived on Thursday 9 May thus completely spoiling the surprise for my friend. Naturally I had to tell her what to expect once they didn't arrive and then to let me know when they had.

Ordered flowers for an aunt's birthday.. Due to arrive Saturday. Delivered Tuesday because of the bank holiday. I heard nothing from Bunches and only found out when I asked my aunt if she liked her flowers (that she hadn't received). When she did receive them, some of them were a little dry/ withered. I'll stick with Bloom & Wild for future orders.

Couple problems in the past with flowers arriving either already in decline or dead before they have bloomed, however several orders have been received in good condition. Only real issue during the dispute was having to prove the date and time that the flowers were received in order to get a new order placed.

I’m sorry to say but I am very disappointed with the freesias. They were delivered a day late, which was not a problem, but may have contributed to the fact that they were delivered on Tuesday but dead by Saturday. I had several bunches and all were in cool rooms and out of sunlight, but they didn’t last.

Flowers did not arrivei n time, despite giving plenty time. When phoned to find out why, the female on the end of the phone was most unhelpful. In the end the flowers arrived two days late - pretty useless when it was for a birthday

If that was a "large" bouquet that I ordered, I would hate to see what a regular bouquet looks like. Beautiful flowers but so few of them.

I ordered my best friend the Tulips and Freesias. The bouquet was small, it had 3 yellow tulips and a few freesias. A very poor sad looking bouquet. As a apology they sent me a new bouquet but not what I requested, they sent me carnations which I hate. Dreadful service. Now waiting to hear follow up from 1st bouquet. Not sure that will happen! Do not recommend at all
